因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

7 R" B# B$ ?6 l$ ?# u2 K! zFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
. z$ ~3 S7 P3 e# X  zTalk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)

千万别用对方经济人,我用过一次, 吃了几千快钱的亏, 律师也很重要,我就是图便宜,用了一个便宜的, 结果没有事情的时候看不出来,后来又耽误了我,吃了亏.
