(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By

If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit

6 D6 H9 ~0 c& Z) ?% s" Q3 E- y* R# kBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening ) I# x! t, J! D9 _& r( o) M6 Y; ]. b/ F
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
% e$ m; Q( r: [$ F/ y* O |" L$ wa variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
- {* \ @/ e' f$ W, T1 P" Nevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
$ n w1 `2 C) V8 g9 ]0 mHawrelak Park.

) V+ Z+ m- L9 b3 Z) e& @You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
9 g& q9 }& B# p7 VSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, ( M, n' b& R# C- V
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.0 x9 g/ |! I& f( M4 v, J5 a/ M

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
0 ?* ]7 l9 d7 E2 \6 y5 T8 pto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from 0 y( q4 Z. H0 c+ y
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
0 z4 ~2 u2 e, h4 f2 jONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
5 A! ~8 Y8 x, ? E8 r. L( I3 K$ Fyour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece 3 L B5 | W2 \2 P) K. Z, o+ R
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
, _6 E" x4 B# \6 u- g8 x$ r" q/ uComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic * E" r& Z6 l6 }& Z
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and 3 `0 k3 ~+ v0 V V* q ^$ w
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
% B8 j- n/ x9 ~two days of Orientation).
