To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

" o4 d! N# Q" p# ~* \1 _Primary Objective/Duties of position:

) {/ w! ], w- P% l    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
2 G1 G# N6 u9 }; D    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals

* v( ~1 X/ t' b1 I    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

4 e- L0 N, j8 S+ S! S    High School and or Post Secondary Education
" a, ?1 s5 g5 A0 o$ P' Z# f4 F2 ]8 s1 B    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
6 _; c) q8 K& l/ f) @' y) m    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
2 ?8 D3 J: _+ b! S6 v    Strong analytical and organizational skills
8 s, U1 U. X, {    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
