/ `2 {( y& H5 i! V5 WTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
' l3 B/ b3 [+ D8 r* M    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
( ^1 c3 D7 i6 h7 f4 D    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
+ z; L0 z5 v6 m$ l+ x: O    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals

1 G# i! Q+ l0 y9 g    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

' Y& n! D# X$ W# y2 HThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

# J3 L' |  Y5 Z6 Z6 [    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
7 S. s1 M8 p: ~9 j* ^7 E    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
# F) O  D" @- T+ Y3 P  x! N2 s    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
1 ^7 p) ]6 A0 U# I' Z0 L/ z$ c: N    Strong analytical and organizational skills
; @5 A: M1 d" j# M* k5 s    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
