Responsibilities include:

Working closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
) o1 n/ X. Y7 uWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
: h: p  V: g, uTechnical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
& ~; f8 q9 u) L: ]) Y# ~5 TCreate and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.
