0 O% L" p X, _7 JKey Responsibilities:
& @. T0 X; S1 \+ z6 A3 S* A
• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

" U0 O* e3 K; t; `8 F" h• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.4 w, V+ ~2 H; O, }0 g

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.& U: H0 u9 J$ A9 ~2 ?. o

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.0 v0 n7 [4 @# _- w0 t

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

P9 D9 S3 F$ E6 ?* f• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

+ ~6 H: Q e3 v/ D6 @) i, C/ V• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.; O' m" p0 f0 l* d8 I1 z/ c

Job Qualifications5 m; f9 s% L+ h8 Z+ [9 `# v
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

7 z) K' I1 `# w• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
3 P; d4 a. D p+ l
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
1 ~' t+ t% y& Z6 B2 ?4 P3 P
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
' D! }% R9 p/ d6 \ w6 S
• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
