Key Responsibilities:

• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

; H! p* [; P/ N0 X7 \) r• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.) W8 E G L9 O& P6 q9 K) k1 | d8 j

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.0 d, U0 t* t7 U" C7 D

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

/ q$ H4 P. S4 g, n( r1 ^. r6 q' l5 t6 ?• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.9 r3 Y4 v, T* M0 _6 m- K

• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

* m2 a4 S J4 _" v# y, O9 ~• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

9 }/ K* u9 u2 s r9 A) ^" x• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
. K# E! x& r9 M: R* s7 ^
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

& ?/ I2 f1 N: }: [/ Z1 a1 s' B( M$ d• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.2 R. k7 C T7 ]2 g! C5 I2 k

• Travel within the assigned region.
