% j+ h1 j; O+ f9 I3 H4 r这脸书还真厉害,这个都被搜到. 计划是2009年版本的. 看起来好像时间应该是2009-- 2019 . 好像离这个伟大宏伟计划也只有6年了.

不过看到下面这句话有点泪奔呀, 才发现, 挣得太少了, 这一年挣得还不够人家半个Homeless用,自卑鸟, 还是努力去工作吧. 争取多交点税早日帮助政府实现这个宏伟计划.

Some European countries do not allow homelessness, which implies that it is outlawed to evict a tenant if the tenant does not have money to pay off rents for several months. So usually the landlord needs to check the tenant's background before signing a lease. In the Alberta's case, many homeless people come from other provinces or territories or regions, this could be a dynamic process. So I really doubt whether the homelessness could be eliminated indeed.
