新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
" B/ \% e# R% P2 e" b- P但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
0 u3 b- h9 B& F3 I0 r我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？
% \4 \5 w$ F; G1 f/ w4 M9 a不太明白
& ]9 N8 {! l: P% w/ p+ E1 b求指导
