2 H. {% Z* Z3 H- d•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages

•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing4 @! f7 _! y/ E% v0 c* ]/ Z
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships

•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
