Position Overview:
& h. _3 t0 S1 N- BTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
; {7 ?6 ]5 g B5 P s•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages/ d8 i1 u$ ?% P9 `
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents7 ?8 S" H6 ~( O3 Y4 Y! |7 o
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
5 ?5 C) G& w" a" }6 a8 n5 `•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
8 h$ Q) ~6 c" ]* n. f5 U2 V! k•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
1 x9 y* p& |( Z$ s7 u5 Y•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
' G& b" c; n8 t: V- A' d- L•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle! `6 A8 A" @1 }
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
! @" {/ d% c( Y ^5 w( m# U•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
