Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
( Q, Q' g6 g& q, U0 J( R    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

! c* v5 ]9 ~6 G; f+ E    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
' R0 x* x$ L9 v2 I    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
6 N3 b* E9 A$ X' Q' j    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
! k; c- k4 s/ u1 J# d8 G& @    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
* j( N: f$ v. V" b    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
( ?5 X0 Z  I; R  @! @# b    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

2 v: z, G  ^/ T$ E% V职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
! t' j  [9 e1 k9 N: Z: T8 a    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
0 V; D$ l3 Y, }( H5 h  @( V) U    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
: _1 v! j, o* a! d* u    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
+ M& x0 W% a: e; I  d3 ^" x    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
