6 p/ R( B1 f( X" k9 t•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
! b, @6 g4 Y  P" K7 N2 _9 \* N% @- o•        Oversee hotel security requirements.
9 O+ }/ g1 G0 m% @' K•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
6 P/ X- E: c6 R2 a! {) W5 e# R1 ]4 k! f•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
1 U+ G8 s' C! R2 q•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
6 Z8 ^/ r' {$ k5 Y& ?•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
  F9 B! R) X4 s4 C9 p' z•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.! \8 g3 n' ~& ?" ]
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.$ A" d& {; H# p1 ^
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. 1 O/ D" R6 b. S# z$ A' Q5 G
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
% {* {, K, f. @1 n•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
$ n3 Q; o2 y+ x! R$ ]•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
# Y/ W- z3 }# Z1 k# c& R$ e, s•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.0 t% g. G' N0 q6 L
•        Attend Cluster meetings. 8 U: j- y" E, d7 n* [
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.; ]% ~/ n9 g! e* A1 A) H8 R
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department ) Z1 I+ j. k  K) d: H  T
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
5 f+ h: L! U9 A) L: r( ~4 c•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center5 {" d3 W- x; b" A# {- _! W
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float 5 m0 r, |* }- y5 ~+ D
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
4 K, t+ N7 r* U3 F& ~• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;* E+ h  S1 V$ i& E5 w2 Z  @
• Ability to lead and develop;- C$ _' x9 {* T1 Z% a9 B# ^$ \9 s1 S+ {
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
$ ^$ {* U5 g7 y1 P1 @• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;

• High level of creativity and innovation;
