To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;, e! u9 C* ^, {7 o5 S
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
) w1 M/ F/ Z( P. P/ v, z c• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;

• Attend public relation functions; Participating in community and trade boards and committees on behalf of the hotel;

• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
