Job Description:
$ h( m+ P& J6 MTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.$ R, W6 x) y( }. ?- E

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
8 o' _0 l {. h8 G• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;

• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
5 j i h+ Y! A7 _& Y• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

Requirements:

• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;9 E$ z! r$ N4 Z
