Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
" J- F/ _9 W' u: j/ pDays of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.

; X$ ~4 [9 c6 B; ZFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.  

Responsibilities include:
( P! X% g' ~9 M0 k( |4 y$ Z
Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
; \" M9 h9 s. L8 }# URequisition parts and materials, as required.
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
5 Q9 i0 ?. h0 n+ b6 T9 cAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

Qualifications:
  f6 o3 R0 u0 e, k; P
6 k9 o& V, \% X# g- q4 M0 W( jApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
9 h4 ~: X. m$ J6 E$ n0 {Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.

Only education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized as meeting the minimum qualifications.

A Driving Abstract with no more than six demerit points (current within three months) must be provided if contacted for an interview.
