Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include:$ V/ W" i) i) N; l. N
+ a+ j/ Z3 E. W& k) e5 [! i6 HDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles 8 n; ~7 G; v! n
Requisition parts and materials, as required.) R' t) R- P x6 d
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.7 `5 v5 h# ~" r) H8 l( \7 R. B' B
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).1 C" [2 n. A- x9 m3 B
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.! V; N5 h) Y K( N% A6 D, _6 A

Qualifications:3 r- h9 M8 `6 F9 c, q
+ g" J7 h9 ~) a* j9 k9 n4 EApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
: W& q; `6 ^% M; ?3 w0 iApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).7 @8 n' ~0 \8 T7 l1 d0 K
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles. 3 N7 ]5 |. d% y" j; r
