The bus runs along Franlin every 3 hours or so and stops at Hotels along the way. It seems to take about 40 minutes to get to the airport by bus from city hall./ W% \* x& B: D" O& Y, ]1 i
L( n) ~. c: a R, ^This is a very nice alternative to taxi ride for those without a car and should have been implemented a long time ago.
