A male wearing a balaclava and carrying a handgun was spotted by a pedestrian walking in the area of Falconer Road and Riverbend Road at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. ' b9 \" w7 y5 H0 u2 E | B, g% R6 n7 p: Y: V9 O" o
Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident. / O- z' X0 Y- t" |0 E2 i- w9 v" s) r( E; H
A search of the man's home turned up a BB pistol and balaclava matching the description given by witnesses. The man is charged with possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes.* X2 W0 w! R a% f( i; ~
