Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
5 d$ f0 i  N4 _5 x! T1 k8 s•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
3 c+ q/ @/ t; ]  W•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

MANDATORY

1 P% J/ |; l) X6 T1 ^All of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
1 j3 u; J1 b2 d  d( A7 W- Q0 ]. @4 u•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
1 s6 y" c1 E1 g# _" |3 ?( M2 v: p•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
) F; u1 B. m$ \8 B5 F: t•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
. B: v6 H4 g, Z/ y9 Z9 J•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
