This resource will be responsible for the following:

% c* n' [; f+ K! f' l5 b% b2 m•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
: y) M$ H; F8 n, Z/ u, V2 j•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

& e* z2 X% F; y" J•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
6 e' v: b. E8 ~* d•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience

DESIRABLE

( _1 v" w6 P0 m! U8 ]•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
