Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

$ n% o  H) [+ X  [) pAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

: p+ w) e4 t1 c, {9 A  `8 K4 E•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
0 O0 M3 [9 X) c( i. k•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
6 X; V% ?, H. }# t% [% a•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
" B* j1 j& F. p8 m0 N•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
' N6 F7 t. F+ h6 r% Y•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

9 e% N/ W. t) |) |: K•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
