•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
3 Q0 c$ v6 \1 C% `5 h•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
3 v) R% F: T3 U# D  X•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
) c6 Y1 o! K  n7 s8 ^( P* F•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

: b2 d9 e; R' m( E9 @( T•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
+ X8 ^! q4 j; v. P2 R8 e0 T•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
6 V& r9 d& {$ x: I•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
7 X9 t1 s1 y( {) v7 W) B* x•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

% t- b* Z) q; S3 c" J•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
" a) h2 H0 ^4 f•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
