•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities
8 w; E; f% O. j  \; B3 A' d, q' {
8 {8 [- M6 F1 Y0 q. R•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
; m7 I# X+ b( S
•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

. J8 J! w4 k9 `1 `8 e1 c•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

& y8 N4 u, x. }8 w+ S) p•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.

•        have been in Canada for less than 3 years
•        are legally able to work in Canada
