The successful candidate will:

7 W9 n. }5 H6 U+ A" V( mParticipate in the software/component development lifecycle
% b9 L5 _3 K$ HParticipate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
) i1 S9 @, T# SFollow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
- ~# d! E5 W( T8 R2 uDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
The successful candidate will have:

  i7 p% V' N/ q& n+ K9 L7 CPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
3-5 years in web application development
) c, ^; l' v$ OStrong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
MS SQL development and administration skills
4 J8 u3 j! Q( N% R3 Y& tExcellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
+ [1 y7 D; P0 DExperience with Visual Studio

This position offers $55,000 to $70,000 for the successful candidate, as well as a comprehensive employer-funded benefits program.

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
/ J# A% |9 h: M2 C% ?; |3 EINTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
