• Complete and post staff schedules
: E6 I4 x6 L: ^( G$ w8 n( \• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! R( m. v+ @. I$ h L• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ M# m* B/ Z8 l" g$ q• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
7 ~2 w7 w: g7 `7 @( u3 Y+ a! T• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date: {* m& b4 |3 E2 x
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed( Y8 K% Q; }5 Z' W
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
# ~! C4 L. f% I: w, z+ lExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset8 p" P2 \ p5 Y( O7 t
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)- P. O) O. o4 T5 g
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
