• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
( P+ e8 D, r+ y: a• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management) b0 ~% { m; r! L+ y5 b
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff: T- L$ |: E" H; f. a
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date1 t9 r: v- }! @8 G2 |
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed9 F% a4 X) U* ~6 G8 y
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees+ C/ l' I$ k% r
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset8 V0 ]5 b+ C. R" L9 f' \5 R6 n2 V
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
