Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
9 e) i4 S8 l- F: L* v7 D•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
$ p4 M7 n! g/ i5 h/ E! ^4 o7 q- A•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
+ V8 \/ f* Q& L4 K0 F7 `2 _•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
- Z  }2 r) g! y+ O' v, X. U1 r•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
) H' D- ]$ [5 j4 X•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ u, m/ Z3 z8 m: @•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:
5 C5 S3 v3 P+ X3 @# e. R9 _9 o
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
6 X+ X2 L- R: r+ V0 FExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
2 e6 T" V5 o- b$ a$ |1 G' e$ lPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
