Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
) s' y9 B  {  X" q: q•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
- @4 {0 y* ]* ?: |* V•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
. ?) t  I. X% H8 l) P6 O•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Skills/Requirements:
8 D$ i" @7 G  }! q
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
$ A8 f' Q5 Y. Y+ F  TExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
- l0 z5 O9 c6 j$ c1 ^& M$ uCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
