Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
?; m% h$ C& c" G& K+ k6 G• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
; u! H* S! R/ E" t' u9 H) v• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
. S+ T2 C" B) V, Y• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
4 V+ h& s1 N) b, ~3 T• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed3 G4 A6 y. Q* w3 W( _, {
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees C- h- }% ^1 i7 j& H) }1 y) a
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

3 E7 M$ b; a* i6 ^Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
