Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines+ l1 R8 R+ b$ l: B2 d
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management) f5 | m# P' j" `3 F
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff) y0 h! {/ N1 Z4 l
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
T1 e$ g! ~/ D# }) L• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed$ g8 J: ~( Y8 A- Y. B R( f
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees$ k. J n! l2 g& p0 p
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
