Job Description:
h& y5 N6 E8 \: c1 c• Complete and post staff schedules
5 \( r/ z6 J- u7 L3 T• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
$ b2 Z" k/ U5 b, i' [• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
