• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines) z0 T4 ^5 ?4 p2 A2 Z0 J
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management8 G/ F3 n: ?' w- P% `; d& n
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff) D0 \( R% ^: r. s$ j2 D
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date( O; S3 v r, Y1 h
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion+ v5 d3 g7 j& f! Y
