年入5%，不如存定期。房子地点差，升值慢。

/ ?& {5 y/ M- S$ N0 \这个房子的地点基本无法升值。 而且房子很久，20年后，应该只有土地价值

OMG, City assessment only $264,500.
9 T7 ]& }1 @3 hBad location, smalll space, old (lots of maintainance fee), rental income no way to even reach $2000 unless you incl. all (utilities, etc.). which family spend $1300 for 3 bdrm with only one bath. $1250 can get townhouse with 1.5 bath and basement for storage.
Very bad, No good investment at all.
