* G  T5 S& }. z' k0 Y' N•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
1 [. P+ M, U, j: n$ C9 A8 Q•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
; y/ `0 {. p$ [. q  X•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
' K3 ~1 |  ?# F2 Z•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
+ M6 i" Y6 j; \: R4 v# E! t( z6 n•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff


Employment requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
