' p$ k# o" O! P• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers z+ ~( P: ]5 e
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules / o: a" |( `( d }/ S
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
& R1 c- Z/ E+ g$ @- {• Sell merchandise to customers
) c, `( y' f: S+ a# a" o: B: c6 k4 b* U• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
6 \, u/ d! U2 s4 l• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
& C; k$ b: r+ j$ m' M+ u• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
