Job Description:
5 _0 q4 m6 A' t: n- T/ r- g$ @•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
0 U& M; Y9 r! R/ [% V•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
8 Z, B  m, y  y+ _" p•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
" s# \7 w1 k% X" H, A•        Sell merchandise to customers
; f3 H$ ~% b. ]9 L/ ~+ y•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
7 J2 i( l- M+ `# q7 y•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
# m% T1 C7 [, Q! O- i•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
6 o/ X$ ~' h+ I8 a. F' I* g•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
4 a8 G& h* @1 H$ m•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
