•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
& U3 t( C1 C; z5 v- g3 ]2 q/ [) U•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
6 G/ L" l# L4 v) p# }5 x•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
# J# t! L7 X: r8 {•        Sell merchandise to customers
•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
4 V: j  V/ \6 w+ @* I8 B4 ]•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
& ~/ O' ^2 b* E% K3 [$ K•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
