• Take customers' orders and receive payment% ^8 n$ I. k. b4 b" \
• Serve customers at counter
2 [ m7 _ O7 o$ s# g• Clean, peel, slice and trim food products using manual and electric appliances
1 j- o, x# n9 Z+ K8 b' A% F• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes

• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
