Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
4 o( S, A* F2 p7 t$ {$ y* K' F# E( d* w•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
; U1 d' o# Z5 c* J, j, E0 m4 |•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
' \  |8 H6 D) T- m" i7 B9 Q•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
8 ^" Y/ H4 g- W: E/ s•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% q* X8 ?6 p: \2 i; q" \9 x' Z•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
8 b) ]: l/ i4 v# v•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
$ n! F3 e* T# M- o/ L* x; d3 f•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
