Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

9 H9 z7 k2 @$ T" K. z. J3 G5 C•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
2 L8 V/ @; K& v' ?# I+ x•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
0 X, u! ]0 Q+ Q9 e( A9 e. {•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
# B/ H% o; B5 f) |$ s2 N% I•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

1 s3 ?7 e; e6 Z•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
. N2 P- \/ x% p6 |; C  h•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
  `. f* c% F2 L( P8 c" k6 k/ ?2 m•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
