Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
8 G4 N, e! |4 U% k% |•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
# M) N& `. Z* M5 x( Z) r•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 D* F. V; r) c& i" F•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 K# b3 x. V4 ^4 D% ?8 [•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
/ T; `+ Y6 X1 W•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; b: d! ?. w4 E6 ?•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
3 \3 ?7 s, t  t•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
7 P. m7 t: q- \& u) b•        Completion of secondary education is required
# H/ e0 H0 O- N4 l$ U- r•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
