Position:         Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6212)

Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
+ q' R* T; v6 v4 b& F5 I* g' LShifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
# T- @# F% v- H•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
5 `9 E, r0 E6 b0 }•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 Z- i; B1 k$ {) Q/ j2 g•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

3 Z6 ]9 X1 |4 t. \$ t. t, {•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
  @5 E- N. \& G: b# M•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
