# o& g2 A, Z9 W•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
  T& L! c4 L8 h' X/ m1 O•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
2 @% Q% r# n2 N3 M+ Y+ M•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
8 O2 m" k2 ]4 J•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

2 y/ m% c" v$ F9 L% OJob Requirements:
8 z7 {* Y: b! \9 o: `& r0 e•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
7 L6 R* \8 g) U" Z•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
- R* S! G8 K# B; F  i" @* |•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
