6 A. i* v% ^' {+ kTracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
) Y/ y' c9 y- H•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
  F6 z9 P$ @# I' G•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
* X0 U5 p* Y6 H5 `# O* `•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
7 ^  j1 n" k6 R' B; @" ~/ h: q•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
. k9 M. j7 M/ x$ V  x: F•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
7 s- Z5 O6 y8 b3 {9 f4 P•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
•        Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications
Requirements:
, M7 I3 `- u- }2 l. G, @•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
5 T8 u; w. p5 T•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
•        Strong Union Relations experience required.
0 J: D3 h' d0 J7 T  H' J•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
; @* f8 e" C( g- Z0 D, Q( g$ G  c$ ?% \5 m•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
