6 l/ z3 y/ }9 d. }Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
1 Q# y/ G5 l$ o8 w; J• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
8 ]* c9 t5 J' O2 T• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
; R. ~( _) N) o) t: ?# a5 _• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
" `4 q3 \: o' Q C, M3 ~& k v, o• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.! K* R6 A3 F# f2 c; R
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
4 l& E2 X4 n" ?• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
3 h/ ?4 o/ F* N2 \• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
/ u8 E$ q& b* m. d4 V• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
, `* `1 i4 c8 H6 T2 P! d1 b• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).$ Q( {0 N% [4 t+ O
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

Qualifications9 z5 L, d0 ]7 g' s
Requirements:4 z# z! {2 P' L9 m
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
- e' s; L; t) r* c% R• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
+ O( Y9 y2 r- @! j$ l) y+ Q• Strong Union Relations experience required.
}) e, T7 t8 a L& N$ q3 }• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset. S" Y/ L) @0 V2 G% i) |
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
