• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members. g2 B7 j, E- H
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.8 q) ?2 Q! B" V" c
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.3 h; w0 `: J }0 }: I' y
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.

• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required./ B$ B! O& U$ e2 u4 o* r4 n
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.+ z6 w4 }. \4 P; V& y9 r
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).$ D3 Q4 U! w7 v
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.- v. H' }2 u, w" I# h$ G( B
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.% `; Q; s: T$ y& m- q
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.! `4 { |" J* t
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs., k4 P% Q' M4 n T+ |

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

. e" m/ K. y8 \/ s- Q; R d* U• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
+ I4 I! ?' `% T7 e9 x5 b• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
7 b+ p. q% q7 F1 I8 G; @6 p% V• Strong Union Relations experience required. 7 \. @5 k; `/ z4 N, }7 w
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.2 h! Q! s& K8 P; W% F: c' g
