• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.* G7 X( T3 C- ^% m5 y4 @: A
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
' m9 \+ v, G% t7 ]• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.

• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.: o: b. w& c- H# q& o: l
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures., V7 h) W2 E3 | H1 R1 s
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.2 P# W2 m! _& Z9 v, W( F/ y/ w
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.' [' t- s; W: [, H
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications
: g6 D+ z) g5 |; O9 Y( [. S# lRequirements:4 ] n( B3 Q9 q6 u9 L! ]
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
4 @8 e; Z# n b v( u( T/ `• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. " a4 M+ a5 W- x0 O6 i
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
+ L' c+ t( ?: x6 W6 [+ e/ |1 t• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.; Z9 R S: `2 l5 E
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
