JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
6 v& E- r ?6 r+ R3 |+ C9 aThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as/ x. m- m1 p8 i& Z
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative7 d* n+ _+ `1 F/ c2 i
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable# \+ G: ]) p* C, r' E% r% e
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly& d. k. F5 l: f9 l
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

# o4 b" C8 _, ?' C/ i$ B• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
$ A- o' V) Y' a* ~& t: o! V& L) A• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.) X3 O5 `% I4 S4 g* u1 c
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
! D5 ?# @" h) K5 P3 C2 n$ c• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
. H' t2 |: K7 x8 }& g Y9 H• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,9 j, q( k4 D4 X3 J; S$ x" L) l. G

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring6 D+ s+ F1 m' b2 G

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
