But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. & j( }! I8 x4 RArtisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.( h+ i" X+ L: P; k$ W1 `
