Artison Custom Hones, 这家建商如何?

签看上一块地，是它家的，不知道他家建房质量和服务如何？怕一签合同，再後悔就晚了。谁和他家建过房子，请介绍下经验，非常谢谢！

Pretty strong at custom design, but not cheap. Good for higher end homes.

Could you give more explaination of" not cheap"? this is my main concern. The sales said after sign the contract, will go to detail for the price. but I am worry about after signing the contract, the price will out of my control.

Laura is awesome. I think she is really good. But Huang is rite, it gets pretty pricy,but Laura really watch our the price for us tho ..but you really have to set aside enough for future upgrade...we are building our home with them. The only thing if i have to complain is they are so slow...i dont know why its been 2months now still havent got the permit...I need a backyard for our puppy...

There are three builders in windermere, which one is better choice if you plan to build a house in that area. You are an expert, please suggestions.

严格的说UW Premier名义上有4家建筑商。而Sunny Valley的人跟我说在UW Estate正式挂名的（也有4家）可以以让土地商破例允许他们也去Premier造一两个。

# s1 b3 T7 B; U( j9 o* P这些里面Montorio基本只建造spec，每尺价格比较便宜。Marcson是最后去的，买了一堆Premier一期剩下的16~17万的差地，专心在那里早。Artisian 的设计能力最强，在Ridge也有它家的大房子，但价格也是最贵的。DV综合性价比最高，比Artisian每尺报价要便宜。而且价格包括acrylic stucco等(Montorio, Marcson很多没有)。但DV户型以30~32 pocket的比较成熟，它家没有具备真正设计能力的建筑师，如果是40 pocket都是把32的拉宽+车库offset完成的。我是跟DV造的，但不能满意它的任何一个户型，所以自己设计的户型，建筑过程非常烦心。

6 L3 }# K2 S7 ~- C如果你看中的就是104，那么跟Artisan没错。但要有心理准备花85~95万造个2800~3000尺的。如果你不愿意承受，可以考虑往南去的一些比较窄的地（36），找DV就可以了。

Yes, the lot is 104. It is available recently. Like you said DV does not have home module to fit 36' or 38' pocket. we do not like their design. But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost?

Artisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.

( P8 f5 o/ v* ~- d2 x  qIf build 2800-3000 sq ft house at smaller lot of 38' pocket , what is the roguhly price? any suggestions are welcome.

"Save your Sanity, come talk to my build" 有个artisan顾客放了个超级大的牌子在房子的deck和前院， 还有他们家的客户最少。 你也应该明白了吧，

Marcson吗，这个builder 以前在ruthford建房子，毛病很多， 以前的公司倒闭，刚换了这个名字。

DV的房子占有率最多，黄教授也是跟他们买的， 你自己琢磨下。
