But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. 3 r% X8 F# O5 m" T- aArtisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high./ A j" K8 y5 \# w7 w0 ? N% G
