2 bananas

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate/ A9 @; G n- _) p

7 R* C& A; f) a1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
0 M: f2 \! Q( ^7 [2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
6 A1 [+ x- i1 s4 l3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid. k5 G5 {5 K- y0 h2 e
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.; }+ _* N/ ` p( x" L
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.- R0 |/ f- O/ L' P9 ]
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
