15ml brown sugar
1 b i3 G0 t. E% J15ml lemon juice0 U3 f% _1 g- o( Y) r
2 bananas
6 g- ^" P1 z6 S }% A4 ^- I30ml brandy4 b- j. I0 b7 ~% d( I( B. z8 s
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate# X: J/ @. ]" H% S% p
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

Method
) O3 U( h1 c* T1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
1 U: M+ O& ^ W7 z$ }# j1 Z2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
2 ]1 m ]7 F8 Q) s3 L3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
8 o& _/ u; n8 F9 g: R# I% _4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
. F* ]3 ?5 I3 M5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.! g8 c" `: t8 z1 o
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
