15ml brown sugar

30ml brandy

U! w& g7 f z M1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan2 j Y8 U6 _, }+ L
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.; K% k1 A! ]. h% ` \+ a
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
/ t5 J5 ^5 `0 m( `4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
, s1 L% j- Y, C4 C5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
