25g butter

2 bananas+ \7 |9 j8 s$ C( J
30ml brandy

# u3 r& z) y) LMint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
. N* A! q. G3 j3 I- f3 L2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
$ x) \! n# @5 k( Q& a3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.2 J: i# O i/ S
