Method
5 I2 z/ ~5 @/ P9 A! U( U5 V1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
# l( E( J& |; b; `5 i) c3 }2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.

4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through./ {* K7 _2 o# q& d& V2 h
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.0 r L1 R+ A* t r$ ` n
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
