15ml brown sugar
+ [ P% v2 ]4 a+ H& \: ~" p5 }15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy
& A$ C6 v5 {. e8 [Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate
9 H# L" E' R; l, k0 ^Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
( C7 t- V' M2 [! \* P' F2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
+ q8 U$ j2 q' B! V, f3 |3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
( x% s( d% Z; r% V: o* o7 Y- g4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
