15ml brown sugar, y' V4 l7 N O+ d
15ml lemon juice
2 R; a' ]5 D/ Z+ ?2 bananas
% t1 z; D8 C& a" \30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
9 K9 s |# u, A6 M! y- d2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
% V6 J1 M) N( c: U$ S# M3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.' p; A% m8 z# B6 F
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.7 |' H* O0 y9 H& J$ q& H( j
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.1 D, _" m) }$ {$ J' Q4 ^
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
