Brandy Bananas

Ingredients
: C- y( K/ L+ k* \25g butter
3 g& S1 I0 D$ E9 \( [1 O15ml brown sugar0 p: {) F- }7 X* Y6 L
15ml lemon juice
9 U3 d; J" J* A7 F2 bananas
4 ?6 o$ d6 C6 O& S4 b, K$ P% z30ml brandy
' [7 F/ D+ I9 t( X% M/ E' A2 X' vStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate
" N8 ^7 Q* @: U9 GMint, icing sugar to garnish

Method
2 F j3 b' @5 i/ w3 z* j1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
: @# ?( q8 n6 W2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
2 r: N" P+ ] ?3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
& }; K- X0 {2 R& K( I9 |4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
