% V. u |0 r& I• Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed5 p1 T4 ]1 U& O4 C* g& `; {
• Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components' N, b* z8 U# E# v! W
• Hammer out dents, buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers
6 }* i; h$ v3 ]/ j. `• Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams" s; t3 F# e/ I! j& W
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place- A3 M3 {( s. d3 Q- U, E; A5 g! u
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
6 E4 p4 Q' y" p8 A• File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools2 G/ u: M' L" n) P
• Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
; ?* F, F0 E) R• Mix paint, blend and match colors
+ t) g" L- A \& ~, b" a* y• Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns
" O3 d/ F1 y& `: G0 e/ |• Repair and replace glass components such as windshields, windows and sunroofs
: Q) N% S" \- ]$ e• Repair or replace interior components, such as seat frame assembly, carpets and floorboard insulation

• Completion of secondary school is required

7 O9 R V/ ?( T# C& o, Y# ZA combination of over three years of work experience in the motor vehicle body repair trade
