2011年12月5日埃德蒙顿消息：埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会今天发布的11月份MLS月底销售数据表明，11月份房产市场无惊奇。所有住宅房总平均价为$321,135，比上月和去年11月上涨不到一个百分点。独立房平均价为$365,734，比上月和去年11月稍高。而Condo平均售价为$227,901，比上月增长2.3%（上月为$222,778），但比去年同期的$229,337，下降0.6%。* O. }; i4 d" ~" W5 \; `2 A" S) A6 Y

P# u5 V- `. b9 ], v; B( P“我认为经过过去5年的动荡，本地房产市场已经趋于平稳，”Mooney说，“与国内和国际其他市场相比，我们目前的市场（简直是）个平稳安全的天堂，而同时在不久的将来又有极大的增张潜力。”从年初到今天为止，MLS上的总销售为59.6亿加元，而去年11月同期为58.4亿加元。
