我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking soda 8 C6 L. k7 T6 L* B' Y

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted 7 N& n1 V. \+ Q- u
FILLING

- E+ q2 `; ~) w- \& `3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. 5 \" d% [& X# I' g

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 1 I, l! o" @. E9 q* a/ d

: ?3 n+ ~9 D a$ b) W) @/ Z; [For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
