我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted + M" S' ~ @7 p

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened - q+ Q8 t1 Z% y9 U; w0 \ {1 E7 ^
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

7 H) m5 e8 s# D$ {8 X+ dFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

7 j4 |& V% _% g: _5 a. r$ n6 ]9 oFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 9 A- ^- d: H- O4 ^0 R/ \
