我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。& B9 V6 Y& \( t8 J3 W" u. ^9 c

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. + K9 O8 m/ ]) h, v: x
( c) I: p f& XBake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
