我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。( R; | \: L2 v T: J- B K3 |3 @

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted v0 s$ H1 T, i* G/ e
FILLING
A8 k0 L4 Z! O" J1 B+ S/ qTwo 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
6 b+ B/ ^2 _0 c3 D$ g8 P3/4 cup granulated sugar

: v6 {! W0 K- ^1 O/ T0 r/ dHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

" h9 b' U q6 |0 @! B7 a9 o; fFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 1 N8 }* c- D3 B- Q# ~) y h9 m

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. 9 g1 c8 T2 v) P, o+ n1 Y" e

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 4 c$ l- Z/ a, J
