我的朋友是国内名校博士毕业，现在UA做博士后第二年，本科是高分子材料，偏工程；硕博是有机化学，偏science，据我对朋友的了解，他的专业水平和英语能力都很强，为人诚恳，勤奋上进，踏实肯干。

他希望之后可以从事石油，油砂相关工作，请教各位前辈有没有适合的职位可以帮忙介绍？或者帮忙提供一些信息建议，跟帖或站内信都可，非常感激大家热心。

As a PDF, he should know what type of jobs are out there for him. Ph.D is often highly specialized in a small field, which means it is hard to find a position perfectly tuned to his background. Without knowing much of his background, what recommendations can people give? Yeah, there are lots of jobs out there, like construction/rig labours, but is he willing to take this? It just surprises me that people with such high education background will turn to this website for job hunting.

建议找猎头谈吧, PHD有点恼火. 除非有几年工业界经验.

建议PDF不要读了,再在UA拿个PHD学位, 然后申请做AP

理科的有点难, 可以从环境,水处理,催化剂等方面试试.

10年说得对,理科其实更适合于美国发展...加拿大没有高科技.

这几类职位基本上都需要本地的certificate,环境类需要的更多
