> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
2 e. D: K) |! A' n% J) q* o> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
2 J- J* `5 v+ C1 |/ w> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
% x/ Z9 S/ M4 w+ x> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* x9 S( g/ H9 D4 g8 A* X% z( q> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) G' e4 P" q# `% @7 ~* @% q. R> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& I, S' q! q  J2 C, N5 B, [% P> and networking.
( R$ N" R9 ]3 N) ^( p3 K0 u> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
$ O- Z& D7 h6 K2 j> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
