8 k& s' i/ d. S0 E1 ^9 u•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
* n8 C5 D% B# O$ v/ r•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 Q& l3 Q' {' b6 d6 X•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

% x2 |, n2 O. D2 T; j7 c5 a. L•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
% B/ v& Y& @# d, m" n2 ~•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
1 [6 }, T1 b) f. n3 s+ b5 d: R•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
