9 z/ c+ @0 {5 t7 u! w•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
- \6 f8 e  m! p4 s3 T8 T+ p•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
# b8 f% }: n4 r2 q! j; R+ m+ O: T" U•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
2 M3 @1 a' c( N3 {1 r) p* S3 ?•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
0 u9 u0 A& ?7 I, F; n
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
: [1 J1 W6 a% ~, o% M6 E& @•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
