Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

/ Y* n: X# x8 z+ X0 F& c•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
+ G1 C6 a) i5 u6 u2 ?•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
8 e# Q0 J  A3 ~•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
# `( r( s/ B# S- V, {/ M* `•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 o" ]) q: C, X$ Z% b# @! V•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
7 j3 J% B, L8 |; g' r•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:
& v/ H, L, v) K& q& Q* n/ W2 \: C
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
+ W, _$ {0 k: I& f4 p•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
