• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
4 Z( s. Y# n3 Y5 J" [• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation) Y1 ?/ b: o9 k! `; N( u; ~
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
) C6 @$ k' ?8 {% v0 G/ m• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage% i+ R0 }$ [ S% b. P
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
I* G1 ~ d7 w( q/ N• Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
v8 u) A1 \* V5 ]. p• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards3 ?. A$ d, e, q/ W! O% b
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets/ W c. ~% d/ E

• Completion of high school or equivalent required

9 K/ x' B% E8 z• Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.; @" Z2 d6 L; y. D# O
• Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
