Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
0 m$ n8 _/ U3 d  h1 l' Z8 q+ Q$ R# l•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ D6 {6 U$ T& c•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
6 R1 D# Y2 V% ~•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
: [6 R" K$ ^6 r•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
7 C8 f0 W8 H5 u•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
