保险索赔问题求助！

上周五我的车停到大街上被停在前面的车顶上了，我的车前部BUMPER 上有四个地方被蹭掉漆，露出黑色。她的车是我走后到的。由于空位小，她的车停的与我车只距不到5毫米。所幸我取车时她的车还趴在那（她人已走）。我用手机拍下俩车照片（正好有她的车牌号和车距）。正好有位路人，要下他的联系方式做证人。等了许久不见车主，就留下联系方式走了。保险公司里也电话备案了。一天后接到车主电话，向我道歉并承诺赔偿。我当时没有要保险信息，只要了联系方式( 手机号和座机号，及她的名字）。并告知评估下来再联系她。可再联系她，她却不再接手机。留言要求回话也不回。电话打到家里，都是她父亲接的，每次都说他女儿（在读学生）不在，又强调他女儿的车没有任何痕迹（言外之意，我讹诈她）。她女儿的车破的连车镜都掉下来了，到处划痕, 我的车是新的。现在我的保险公司向我要对方保险信息，我却联系不上她，我该如何处理？我当天有到Police office 的，可警察说金额在两千元以下，又不是hit and run，让我等车主联系我。我的问题是如果她拒不联系我，我只有车牌和照片，保险公司会如何处理？会帮我找到她的保险信息吗？（Adjuster 目前是向我要对方信息）（我的车是全险。但有deduction）。我用再去警察那备案吗？感觉语言不好在处理纠纷时很吃亏，在此求助！多谢帮忙.

向承保的保险公司索赔没有义务和必要提供肇事司机的保险信息，即使对方肇事逃逸，你连对方的车牌，名字都没有，只要你有police report，一样可以理赔。
但是，建议你这种情况不要索赔，保险杠有小划痕难免，如果新车实在心疼，我会去车行买一管修补油漆，100% 颜色匹配，20-30刀，比$500 deduction 或者明年保险涨价便宜多了。

Without the proof of insurance from the other party, plus you have discussed settlement privately, this is no longer hit and run. Your only chance to get them liable to the damage is to bring them to small claim court, on your own.

Never, Never discuss private settlement without getting their insurance information!!!!!

没错，拿到保险信息再谈别的。我的教训就是轻信对方，然后肇事者反悔，出尔反尔，还好我照片照得还凑合，这边警察太慢。。

I don't know what i should do with this photo. I know she is a student of UA and I know her cell phone and home phone number. I know her first name and last name. I just don't know her insurance number and company.
Her attitude makes me angry, otherwise I would like to give up the claim.

你没有向对方要求保险资料是你失误。

记得，发生事故第一件事
1  拍照（越多越好，把邻近车，景都拍下），找目击证人，拿对方联络电话
2  问事主身体是否无恙，别急着讨论谁对错。
3  相互交换保险资料与驾照。自己写
4  如果评估超过2千，报警，否则就看着办。

你现在的情况是，
1  发生事故后，对方已经把自己资料交给你了，你没有审核是你的问题。不算 hit and run
2  没有目击证人，各说各话。他也可以说是你退车撞到他，他不追究而已。
3  除非有很明显证据如照片或证人，如何厘定一个人对错不是你们两人说了算。

Thank you very much for your responses. You are an expert in this area. I will take your advices. This is the first time I was involved in this traffic conflict. I should say that I did not response correctly at first place. I will learn from this lesson. I would like to know if my insurance company adjuster can do any help on my case? I called the adjuster several times and also reach his voice mail. I left message and he will reply to me after 2 days.

别客气。

一般如果稍微蹭掉漆就直接找油漆喷上就好了。
可以到124 street, 往yellowhead 以北的油漆公司帮你配色，一瓶大约50刀不到就可以补上，完全看不出。

如果要走自己保险，就得向自己保险 Section C, comprehensive 索赔。请理解，保险公司不是帖钱的，一旦有任何索赔，就会被记录在档案里与全北美保险公司共享。况且，一般的索赔都有deductible, 很多起码自己负责250刀，我看到一个案例，车子反光镜被撞掉了，修了251刀，结果保险公司赔1刀，自己贴250后且保留索赔记录。如果买个二手的自己安装上，还不需要50刀呢。
