Skills:

. D" e, d" @) h& N. q. ^6 j- Knowledge of Dublin Core, OAI, and XML databases preferred

- Programming for searching citation databases on the Web3 Z& X! H, b; ]9 C% u' w1 g
- Programming for network analysis
