4 _) y  z* v( i4 p0 p' G- g  \The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
1 K( q. d5 v2 h/ Zperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
2 Y5 d$ `, \4 s0 w. k% `relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:4 H8 ?4 J  b2 ^/ `
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;4 C" E+ I: a  \  ]! A
· Verify pricing and availability of product;& v5 d( M7 {/ d1 u# M$ _3 P& n
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;9 t1 p8 O- ]5 O# S& e. d
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! P5 R# b! k8 _/ |· Collect payments for cash account orders;
$ ?) L& r, L8 ]1 C· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
4 M8 s- x7 L# i& I/ U1 m9 m· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;' a  j  @! r, [
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate+ j% B! A* K" v! O8 ~
database;
( K2 }9 A6 D: V) r9 w0 w$ U· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
  Q. p9 @% m3 @· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
0 j+ P6 T& g& f/ _' p3 ~, [· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;3 v3 H9 j; P, G  @! y' O; h- o! U
Qualifications/Requirements:2 Q. O2 D5 C+ ]1 i' o2 n
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain, M" R- o* Z4 C, r* g. Q
lasting relationships with customers;
: W9 O0 m+ i3 q5 S$ u· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;4 }" C' O7 \! I5 R+ G" M. m' R7 @
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
* |+ T9 [: C8 u( ^· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;; _3 u% V) T! Y8 x% }4 x
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
0 m0 ]0 K+ D1 s. K2 t· Excellent organizational skills;0 u1 G$ `& G% {8 E# d- x
