Role/Function:
$ h! s# S$ C+ d  }. Z1 x$ UThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
; m' g! y7 a0 B; @/ cperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining" V$ A* \" \( t. ?0 z) \% o+ g
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet& w  z/ E# y. ?: F

Responsibilities:
, Q/ {* [. Q2 l- B! ~  e% E$ j· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
; _8 O+ U0 y: Y- K! o& s· Verify pricing and availability of product;, e) y8 u) n4 e4 V6 _
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
! [5 D( M/ `/ Q" e. ]· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;5 m# j5 J+ V  w0 p8 [8 J  \
· Collect payments for cash account orders;. a" W. {6 M  G7 ~6 g3 L# K( B
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
+ }' w2 p: }" W; X: p+ l2 J6 b8 b0 q· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
/ @' u+ L% I1 r· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
! U' u, }% Z$ z+ A) {database;
- O. a" Z" R+ v) ~% ~! @· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
* p- B& G7 h# R+ U9 q) k2 X· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;% \2 }0 r: m  g6 x2 |  I$ d
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;* q" H: s; Z5 Z  I
Qualifications/Requirements:
: @' d% L3 g; r( I* W$ o· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
6 y* I8 Y  Y& f% Alasting relationships with customers;% o9 y" F7 m/ C* `
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
0 Z. y7 L/ x5 I+ _$ l$ a- m4 u· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;9 q: T) H+ y+ y3 R
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
3 u# V8 S% m) b* s  j4 H· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
5 X1 a% Z; n# ~1 A+ X8 k7 a· Excellent organizational skills;8 H* _# _0 Z$ a) B" m- b4 ]
