Role/Function:
% r- W9 A* c0 I6 \The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- {( \' ~( e9 n, z# N2 gperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining& `: Y0 Z' I+ n0 k

Responsibilities:) H# U7 Z% w# M: y, [; T. d! f5 e
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
( g, L& n, l* W9 c2 ^· Verify pricing and availability of product;
6 C: ^! V6 U7 L· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
: a1 H' M1 L! W( x( q. ]! z· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
, j0 w! s1 ~2 k# I( Z· Collect payments for cash account orders;8 H% h0 m h% O1 Z6 t7 g5 |; Q
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;1 N; h/ d& h U) V% ?/ [& s3 `2 _$ P. y
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
% {* G; z1 z# _' L2 T7 a! p· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate+ `# ?) F, H' `+ m, y

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;- b2 h0 }4 b5 @ ^: B* K, k( V
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;: d( g9 p2 E @( h7 t, R' L
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;* q8 ?+ Z9 ]2 w5 n
Qualifications/Requirements:
& V, r; b6 q m) S/ q· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
# P% e, J* j9 z' @lasting relationships with customers;; R1 `3 @6 _/ |2 H
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;# S6 K+ L2 I+ Q& _
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
$ K/ F: y$ ?3 y8 \1 V· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
# v9 h) f9 b7 Q- E `0 F· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
+ o, n8 ?9 W7 ?9 V· Excellent organizational skills;2 y/ p& `/ I$ H
