The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
& W! r: O% G- Operson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
+ ]6 J: e8 ~* j& G6 z8 z1 S· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
+ h( b* i$ U8 n4 a3 y; [9 Y) e· Verify pricing and availability of product;* L9 G' }% n# L1 y
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
' G# Q& h2 {6 L) L· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;0 {8 e ^% x8 e) ~/ g8 t
· Collect payments for cash account orders;! Z# x1 q+ G' m5 Y0 I& Q# \/ U
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
. {& F% b6 }6 `; T8 d, S· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
& i& {/ n$ M7 l" ]' D9 Q7 B· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
( G& R$ T) U' qdatabase;) Y& F1 i7 m' F* i3 ]" m
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;6 ?; D& p: b" T& k, V) E) q9 }. b# M
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
: `2 b" _4 i' y$ h* ?* n· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
* }# {5 F- ~/ M0 ~Qualifications/Requirements:
f0 v O3 W+ {9 U· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain9 q, W- o+ F6 k* \8 V
lasting relationships with customers;0 S* ]' i+ K& u' k8 B( |6 u
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
. _" t. e' s8 H" M' @· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
! l4 X8 r* u7 `· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;) L5 S8 C1 G$ H! _# Y0 z
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
