Usually private insurance company won't cover it......Has to be the employer insurance......

一般的计划都是50%, 终生一共最多$1500-$2000.
当然, 有的公司的保险好可能更高一些.
如果打算自己买就不值得, 比如blue cross的, 买了计划两年以后才能做.
