: y7 ~5 R; h) i+ Y但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
1 b( {' ~4 @" e; D3 @' D不是太贵就是很不理想
2 `0 |( j1 ~! s再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
