有没有政府监管部门可以调节客户和卖车dealer的纠纷

; {' a" m9 ~3 l& Z最近买了个2手车，2个月不到，变速箱底盘漏油，买车时就知道漏油，dealer答应修好给我，拿到车之后又回去找dealer修过2次，一直修不好。现在dealer烦了，说我的车漏油量很小，也不是从 transmission pan 那里漏的，不是他们负责的范围之内，我该自己负责。

9 n0 N" ]8 q2 Q3 E) uI have talked to my technician and to Dan anderson, the sales manager, my tecnician told be he could not see any leakage from the transmission oil pan gasket and that the leaks he did find were very minor and coming from somewhere above,possibly a cooler line or a module gasket but that it would require removal of a number of components to properly see where the leak was originating from to be able to repair it. Dan Anderson said that as the transmission pan was the leak that Denham Ford sales was looking after his obligation was taken care of and any further investigation and repair work would be your responsibility.
