7 c/ I. a7 X2 kDuration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
$ `, {7 M% H) b" mCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
& P- ?' V2 W6 O9 \8 uTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
, L$ c( L! k0 W1 x# N Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
9 b1 {( f3 L& Q Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
( c  S/ f3 S- _( p0 F7 [* V Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
4 i0 \) E& {& g2 d# }9 F6 u Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
8 i4 L% K  @* v& {: Q Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

# L7 L0 F- i6 g, ], A. E5 Y Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
6 N7 c; A# i8 r" R; o Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
1 V3 J; P/ s, k* v: A4 [ A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
- i1 x9 N( y& O, \5 M/ v' [ Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
& z4 w! P) h" f* s6 j# R( H/ ] Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
