Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
2 S* p+ A/ Q8 Z% hCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

$ o$ _2 j( {3 {Duties:
+ c; A$ p+ F. j9 y8 L' l: w/ NTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
7 ^8 z4 I1 f, T2 H( R  Y4 z! q' f! Q
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
3 Z! {" W* |. U. ^  q Take attendance if available
) a/ H4 M6 F/ g% T& ` Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
# j3 T4 Y) l; M, C6 n/ L Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
1 @! X$ G4 I6 r! o Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
1 j* \! ~. C7 B9 R( V' `8 {- Z1 O2 p  I Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
1 |( {1 i3 u  y! P$ c# \% N Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

7 p2 A% B) I( X5 H Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
$ n3 h4 [/ d) a; y Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
9 F5 H/ }! K8 U0 @% j A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
; N4 z& b3 E8 G# ` Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
+ s1 i  _/ q' q+ ` Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
! w  y) l2 D6 } Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
