) q0 N5 l; R7 ?& ]7 ]+ BCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
) A/ q$ h$ B- gCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
% ]# O' C% M: U. C/ l. A*might work in other time in some specific days

4 W5 h0 X$ I) _Duties:
* l- _/ @4 ~$ x2 tTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

. a9 o( `0 |1 d Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
5 `& o& X$ ?$ i! e5 R& X9 |( U3 i Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
0 b( F  q! D$ z* X. s Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
/ e& D& v; h" T$ n6 J7 O Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
% U% c' H5 d$ ~2 W5 O Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
' e, n. k& g0 B3 i9 \. k& s- w' a Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
7 i+ Z2 ~  [* U+ n# c9 U Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
4 K4 h& U6 H2 T0 Y$ z Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
- I7 n: L2 R" @$ n( f3 l A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
) W2 \# o- [* W Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
' g4 K' n/ k9 |. T1 K7 y Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
' w  O3 c6 q, A, b  J) S2 O' S5 y
