The Position
The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
7 c1 l6 S; `) U5 R- M6 Gskilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
4 [5 C% G5 H& x$ hDuties and responsibilities
General
* W- u. b" w& o• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
6 T2 F; K: [$ |+ }4 r• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
; s5 X  F* Q& E. J: l  Edevelopment, distributes and files same
• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
2 B6 }7 j8 y8 X• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
3 `2 p" H+ X- B# m0 [• Appointment and meeting scheduling
2 d" J0 `; F. Z• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office

$ ]7 v' J' w) i+ e• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as
required
Accounting
• Accounts payable complete to checks
" E8 l: b+ P0 `  X$ F7 }• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
) L$ u& c& I' t6 p' L• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
/ {1 u8 C1 z$ [! DQualifications
/ L. c. ?8 m7 ]: P, ]• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
: ~9 T: L5 j5 z2 r& h7 `: c2 [software (Income Manager)
6 C7 l( Q& V( n$ |5 ^; D  g5 N• Ability to flex time as required

• Part time – 24 hours per week.
