* I6 K K9 z' U3 e# O& p4 K# _Walter Edmund Nash, 60, and his wife had operated Montrose-area daycare, but the license was revoked back in 2002. Yet police say the couple continued to operate an unlicensed day home until late 2010.% Y" w$ B b3 z

2 `2 Q' m+ f% ?" [* nThe 60-year-old is charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of sexual interference, and two counts of invitation to sexual touching.6 w# L2 e3 T$ b* O3 ^: F9 O

The charges come from four victims, all of which were girls ranging in age from three to seven-years-old. The first allegation was brought forward in 2001, and police say the most recent allegation was brought to their attention in December of 2010.3 g9 i- \; W) M: j; U3 X
