# g$ U w0 G+ l9 }4 {% Y This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. ! k- G5 b" L9 C
9 k4 g! v- T2 G! UResponsibilities
! {9 r( Q! ~ t! D! f! L• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
, `+ t2 p- e# Z, t4 s# I* R' m• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
# r: I0 |- w0 \' j8 ?! \$ r* c• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols2 m7 [5 l: g( W; ]& J+ U
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing8 l% ~: d# a9 ?5 h5 O
9 w0 \; G! A, c% r, L! D% }Preferred Qualifications! _# r; x f* t0 n
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field: F1 l8 [7 B0 t$ V+ z3 a
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse # u7 O. c3 V% u$ m; W( t4 w: E7 b5 i
• Experience in project management & report writing ( T& l! \- [* y2 b+ c1 H
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable, F' p. D- n5 p
& k3 f( j( r8 J( T( Q& `$ |$ [/ Z5 b/ U6 o4 ]
