        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

2 h  ]4 W& w" r8 \Responsibilities
' p, D: z9 _' A* e$ W1 W/ L•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
0 |5 r+ s# h# R! Y5 Z# C: I•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

! e9 R, R0 f( c$ ~. _: pPreferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
