) |- N  v5 @, V0 T1 p# N§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
$ `; r' ^  e6 Q' J' M; V: e§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
" N* c  p) N2 ?0 s& r' A§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& x; s( D* z% P% P/ A( z§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
/ O2 i8 ?- p$ v4 \$ t# a+ E§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
; E% @$ W. b; S2 ?  s/ h§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
