Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
9 r7 C0 U6 _4 |* m$ |) M2 U  D1 a( X§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
2 C1 O$ I( `( w$ H" I§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
7 `" x* U% I( h, y§ High School Diploma
  w6 N6 N" n3 N/ {/ W§ Valid Drivers License
% j- C2 j- @* W5 P; j& g' ^§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
) D' L& R$ n+ P- ?" C§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
) C% A- S: V4 X$ t2 h- j§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
