) |- N v5 @, V0 T1 p# N§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
$ `; r' ^ e6 Q' J' M; V: e§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
" N* c p) N2 ?0 s& r' A§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& x; s( D* z% P% P/ A( z§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications: 7 W0 X; P/ n Q
§ High School Diploma 2 b/ X1 F1 m6 `2 x
§ Valid Drivers License
/ O2 i8 ?- p$ v4 \$ t# a+ E§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role 2 L2 p2 [8 g; O$ ]6 a9 b
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge 4 F% \* |9 K4 J$ q0 t! B/ m
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills 9 z, |8 G+ p$ t5 g( y& `- X
§ Ability to use computers
