! b8 P! H x5 R- N2011年5月3日埃德蒙顿消息：根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据，4月份的房价，与上月相比，表现稳定。各类房型均价为$327,415，较3月下降310元。独立屋均价下降425元；康兜（Condo）均价上涨1,305元，环比上涨0.6%；整个市场表现稳定，供求关系平衡。

“一般而言，第二季度房地产市场，无论是销量还是价格，都会有所上升，无论是新入市的客户，还是有经验的客户，这段时间交易往往很频繁”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“新盘的增加，意味着买家有了更多的选择。市场仍然对价格表现敏感，如果卖方及时调整价格策略，往往会迅速成交。”
