我在国内有好几年的驾驶记录，翻译公证了的， 考本地牌是交给了 regsitry.
0 T! n3 }: l1 a) V: J保险中介说可以承认国外3年驾驶记录。但需要那个证件。不知能从regsitry 那里要回来？

Ask your registry agent to write a letter stating your chinese driving record.
- M" M. U7 N2 b, H: _Provide this letter to your insurance company. You should be able to get discount for insurance premium.
