landmark的Polar Foam Insulation和Triple Pane Windows

landmark一直以Polar Foam Insulation和Triple Pane Windows作为最大的亮点，想听听用过的或者懂行的XDJM们说说和传统的材料到底差别有多大。在房子resale的时候算不算很大的优势？ 多谢

POLAR FOAM 的优点我不是很了解，不过顾名思义，绝缘能力应是上佳；TRIPLE PANE 当然是比DOUBLE PANE 好，因为多了ONE PANE故也，坏处是重量多了，窗框FRAMING很多时做得不好，容易变形，导致窗户开关不了，建房时窗框四周宜加REINFORCEMENT以减低变形机率.

喷的绝缘材料可以有效挡住缝隙，减少空气对流。

4 K% y( X8 q; e. u/ M+ a2 G) t) @Triple pane的R value好很多，我就是选择这种，可以达到R8。缺点是尺寸较少（因为重一些）。根据builder说，要了triple pane最好同时要casement window才能利用到其优点。普通slider漏气太多，你要triple pane也没有意义。

If POLAR FOAM is one of the sprayed-on type insulation foam, I would highly recommend use of it since it is known that its closed-cell structure will result a minimal convection within hence a much much better R-value is acquired.
