FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
5 Q. V( R8 U# @•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

* B1 e# _( ^; y$ c& [: CSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
1 w  V% N2 D" b6 L) g7 `8 }6 E•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
9 K" W# l& U9 M•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
8 N, R2 u" a% \; G; j, T! g' F•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
