FUNCTION:
$ M& L, y, ]/ n* Y/ U% H9 ?This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
, W& p3 c4 }. V; ]•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

$ O' b0 \8 ]5 Z. hSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
+ B3 [! W5 k" x) z; M+ R% Q/ q•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
2 r. W7 @' C8 b& g•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
