FUNCTION:
* [9 _6 s; z- M5 s" S  n: w3 }This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

( W( |( @  y% `/ P2 zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
, D$ k: c! Y' j9 [3 C; }•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
$ y. k( Q& C6 V, V•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

  M* W+ E& I( Y•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
