FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' F9 I; w$ d3 T•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
( Y! `9 z9 Z5 h$ u•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

( c( ~4 T& [9 J  m% oSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
( [1 A4 o7 a+ {* R•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
/ Y- I6 Z6 t6 B; p3 p0 y9 \7 L# e•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
