, _/ \) U* ?3 |! d8 aThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
6 Z8 }# A/ J' Y- O•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
6 i: \$ A7 u: _* Y& s8 G2 z•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
& t3 f5 T) m+ ?' g•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
1 Z  ?" k: ^4 Q4 P) h/ V•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
