Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
6 ?9 i0 @( V' Z( f6 O+ i/ X1 @Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

Y/ @" M& B$ S/ B' QTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

. V! y; m4 a9 |2 v$ HMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
7 Q6 S8 t7 G6 O: V: S+ BMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
9 {' d$ j4 f8 ySchool)
1 n7 D0 b' m0 [8 {; eMust have supervisory experience
0 R2 `: T7 p3 b& E" p  m3 x4 X/ wMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
7 |4 x$ b/ N% RMust be computer literate
! ?4 |4 x; {3 F% SMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
  A  I9 V$ C$ i1 N5 Q" E! DMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
1 v  ~7 K# F- z) d0 N" AMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
/ D# e$ T  r7 T, l- NMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
( v  f! a& e5 \0 p2 ]# ~+ ]establish team.
