Position Summary
/ C+ Q+ C* N+ i5 f' AUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
' z! ~! ^8 X$ @( V" Zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
* l* @) Q/ Y5 S7 L% f( vMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
, a- z0 |" }- Z0 {8 Y' VMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
/ ~0 s8 X' S0 [4 g. |, Z1 JSchool)
" v6 y- t* Q2 iMust have supervisory experience
" q8 C2 d* S  q; b/ U0 I5 ^) I" H3 E9 aMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
$ O: A; q( d0 {6 m5 S) lMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
/ }) @) _, G. ^6 t' c( c8 nMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
% y! d! A# d5 v- R4 Q, {- NMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
* V( e; v& |' G+ p( ZMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
8 @; o4 c! Z: K) _. \# [establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
