Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
; Z- y: ^" |( I z7 ?0 _8 Eplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal7 [5 `2 a$ j. {2 V9 X
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)." V1 W. C2 i Z
' x& A4 F! ]1 `0 DTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
. L7 d6 k# G! Q5 d: AMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
: V. Z P0 t: w& F3 Q, N. V7 kMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
: x# v+ b7 U2 t9 s6 l) P( USchool)
, f6 K' c, F, x/ u1 sMust have supervisory experience! o+ U& e& m: n( t, s1 N
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
9 y6 r/ g+ d4 f8 @$ l2 e. ^8 E2 iMust be computer literate! h6 V6 t4 \, u) O5 B" C
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.& }! m5 @' M* m6 i$ i
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network% G4 X; w. R7 |( S
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
* r6 \' Y1 T' YMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
! |7 M, M: \; i! L' q& v n% }3 sestablish team.
