. y1 S+ F% O( y& I4 |Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
1 I. H3 {3 }6 A9 _2 t/ P4 F' uplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal/ l$ }$ G' G; z, x$ g9 `
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).2 _. s& R" o1 w C
1 y) \8 g0 e6 ~' f* {8 LTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
# D! T3 ]3 N' j; a1 T2 ZMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services1 Q: i) V% d% C1 C5 j5 j, n
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s; ]3 W3 b+ v: b
School)6 ?" S- g0 g8 }
Must have supervisory experience# J y( P3 W" g! p- U. u" h
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
# V/ g1 P" Q( ]Must be computer literate
: ?) U# I9 Q- g) MMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.: ^4 D+ w' Q$ O3 ~" \
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network' x- K, ~8 g4 K) ^7 g
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills ]! t7 |, Q$ J/ E, t
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already8 W; l. E; U8 _2 N# V
