4 \; q& h: n1 d+ ^5 splayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal( ~% w5 f/ ~, ~4 q0 y* {, ^( x
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).6 z" R+ w( D( U. q0 Z, K: e2 x
. E$ e( D" o3 M& R0 b/ F, FTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.' J' p3 f% {( @9 w; y& ^
, h+ n$ A# p+ e* I% j# D; rJob Qualification4 ]- a7 h1 {. ^% \- k+ r
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services: E. o' v( s. m; m1 C6 M3 x
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s, w5 b1 n6 Y' Q8 G
School)
8 `1 T* o. e1 {, A7 V& h* D& _Must have supervisory experience- ]+ [* x* g! H* W
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
+ R% M* E: J) uMust be computer literate4 k6 o& D( I: Y8 B/ R) t! b( g
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
& S3 I, X- a" oMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
% B& n' s! P% p: w1 ?9 @# N4 ~Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
6 e8 n* q- C, `8 u& Q8 b& DMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already1 } @9 \/ ]& ^* f
