! Y5 j; f7 e4 n) A" NUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
+ o: h' T5 }* Cplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal( H/ A8 ^* \ V1 I
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).; F# p/ h2 W$ J5 S7 n& R* N
+ r+ J' ~7 {6 ^: y) X) pTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification) j. C( `# W( C# c# t- p
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services5 ] ]- G8 L: q% j2 I5 R
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s0 s1 |6 h. _4 K) J! ^' r5 t' w4 o
School)( V2 k$ k: L3 {$ r
Must have supervisory experience
q* V1 i( {6 `) A+ EMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
" I# I% j [; \: YMust be computer literate
; v9 }* H5 B! O2 `Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.5 \ {4 Z Z3 [0 ]; {
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 K R, z# d; C- U: Z, f5 q! EMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills, ?; `7 g& X' f: v2 }* B
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already8 [; c; @4 {7 L" ~* j4 n0 O# {
