6 p6 U/ B4 t/ x- ?- F- Q* f$ NUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team, j; d2 W2 S" Z7 P5 h c& \% T: `
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
7 t0 O. s, o: H% K" oMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).6 X) p7 J9 F" I- v! l
% y3 o0 ^' z* b- n9 W, i7 X( C& V
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.$ z3 ~) o( \8 F7 W% L

Job Qualification3 H2 `. q: M( R3 {+ T
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services- t4 } O+ |7 @4 o& x
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
/ U6 n0 f1 J% r' X9 u( V6 ZSchool)1 m3 B+ Y3 Q( Z; {7 `" U2 a, d
Must have supervisory experience
0 m( P) I/ ^! H: C0 S+ LMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system9 d# A, c A* ^3 q4 T
Must be computer literate
! v- t2 v5 e7 b( i$ A% o# ~Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract. K$ s, T7 t' ?2 B/ H
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network/ k9 a1 T: W- N( U) j4 z- k
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills ?9 ?! p. c. o( g) N
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
