Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

* x5 o, Q6 C* ^. f4 ?9 a' KTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
6 i8 Q2 e! ]8 G) fMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
5 o& t+ `# }) J$ |  cMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
- A. ?  B- c1 bSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
1 H. t$ f# P, \) G: h. hMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
6 @. L  M0 r6 |+ S9 Z$ tMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
9 q9 g/ |$ k5 f& [. G% NMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
5 v& h2 q. J/ |, j; I  V- JMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
& l5 D- H# @+ ^5 `7 ^! Pestablish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
