Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
3 C7 V: e. s1 S* j( O( g( v7 vplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
/ q( p9 f/ l- U- x2 N. ~! P+ s) XMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
6 S$ T. t: w$ d1 y6 g* `" L) s( }4 Y7 ^! Z f/ _# c
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

& ]+ N1 R1 I. i4 v9 XMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& U3 Z& B+ Z+ q) t$ {8 I. EMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s( L$ w, V, ?" s5 k& P) U
School)0 Y! _: n3 s3 z( K" l; b
Must have supervisory experience
2 B# @$ z% c$ ?8 u7 \# wMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
! r/ ^2 w! U2 G( J8 [* E/ O3 ZMust be computer literate+ U. |0 E: g3 w4 c% S
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
5 ~) T9 V0 X6 j; {1 o. VMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# j1 A6 q% E$ ~$ [ e2 nMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills7 [3 f0 J6 n; d Q# \% E7 S M1 o
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already/ b+ r, K# u8 e/ z4 {/ _
