Position Summary
) p5 k$ `# u! @: W$ h8 l) ?! a; LUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

8 b' J0 [  y8 ^  J) G" }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
& m3 k) @2 }2 `3 c( pMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
+ ~; }8 k3 U" {Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
- G0 Z+ n: O. H- ^8 @# dMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
1 Y0 ]6 `/ P8 z3 O  b3 `- NMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
1 F( @( N* q. h3 U/ Z/ x. _1 U/ KMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
2 G/ j4 W& g1 R' festablish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
