Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
0 l$ S! f7 U1 x( C! Hplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal* @! r- R4 r& ~9 }1 t) J
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
. g, u$ }+ H# D2 k
+ e( E/ V% X7 o: T7 FTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services% I4 a6 }- S9 G' f' n& z# Y
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s& ?4 m f. @; B0 k, f" \/ ?! s: {
School)
5 I$ M7 o" r& K% L* t3 [9 K JMust have supervisory experience1 n. o2 D5 r1 q9 t" r
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
8 t( `% Z! z0 q) O7 UMust be computer literate" S9 c) G5 K' o7 S" k G
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
; g0 |+ n3 [) _. C! i* fMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
! G5 q5 b# U5 ?, UMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills3 k: G$ y$ ~1 V8 C/ o9 m- N
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already l k/ p3 }# K4 [% k* g" ?
