Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
' v9 W0 S3 ?% V) Y# E3 Q! s/ Eplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal5 m% `" n! w7 E- X/ }- r
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

- g3 t9 `& G7 c8 }* X: fTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services8 M) R" Z2 G4 C3 e0 V+ E
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
# f5 L6 P' M) [! y$ JSchool) L7 O2 Z( H% u; w' T1 O
Must have supervisory experience0 p' X5 M" U! H z* u' Q
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system# K7 V1 x& I' f5 R- }4 N" L/ c
Must be computer literate5 o/ `; \/ G0 _1 P/ a% l" F
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract./ Z: ~8 A1 p/ H3 X( y/ k0 _
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
' \* B8 R$ p( K' kMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills2 i& {$ t* f9 m( ^
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
