Position Summary
* m: t) g+ V  D% i! ]Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
- C) h; p7 V, z: u+ @' jplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
$ a% b! v' \! {8 x* z7 F4 {Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

* T! F5 _; f/ bTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
9 j. |; d7 d1 T' j( qMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
; @5 a" I1 `6 M5 ]$ |) c) ?& FSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
! u" {6 G" r9 r4 q9 \5 k5 U1 m( DMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
! k* q+ ]% J* O" pMust be computer literate
8 Y6 Q) D  O6 G0 R& n( iMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
$ {$ \  B. S* h$ \' JMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
3 q9 Y1 k3 Q, Y; ZMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
