* i# {. x( Q8 ~0 S$ Rplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal0 t3 p. T4 Z+ f; Q: j
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
+ m5 d% q9 Y4 m( U5 w4 _
, x8 w0 P. ]/ kTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.: y2 Y1 O4 @( m3 P3 L

/ c1 S; m& d; ?! wMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services5 J' {( T" k1 a! T- ?
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
3 ^/ R) F9 k9 CSchool)) ]" I6 u3 x) W3 P. p; s
Must have supervisory experience. {& k1 }0 k: M" b( k; _
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system I: w4 [; J( A6 s; o1 {1 } F
Must be computer literate
0 \+ t% H! S* D+ s! U% E- Q9 kMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.# m" b# Y w1 G
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
* D9 T- L0 x! I+ N- AMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills' W9 R0 y6 e9 Y2 p$ ^" P6 M
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
