' k* o. h2 r% ]player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal- \8 c9 q" M9 k! N8 H/ m
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)./ N! W/ a# T, o' f5 ^& X
! [6 P: a; ]7 L
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
/ w/ S3 U4 K8 ?. r$ W* KMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
% M6 d" d+ H# h) x! \, D& dSchool)
3 l7 P8 |+ S4 g: KMust have supervisory experience
2 k+ c1 W6 S1 v/ xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
1 ?" R/ U) q3 r) h' y# @Must be computer literate
. F) d8 T% \# G5 m: ~8 _Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.8 N3 q" e% f# n$ ~' P w2 c3 i8 \
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already, i% W- ?7 d8 g
