Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
, ?# C. U' c$ ~( [- xUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
5 w# ]/ a8 w* I* ?0 n* L8 W/ L  i( Fplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
. Z9 L6 N$ F% ^( z4 m$ V
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
2 p' Q5 O: ?* Q1 g5 v# |# \Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
8 Y" R2 @4 y4 G1 k0 ASchool)
Must have supervisory experience
8 r& w4 L, K& ^+ Y" [  q  C2 aMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
4 B5 ~# M9 r. r% z7 H  |Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
