1 }" u/ [+ C. ]2 P) KPosition Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
2 X5 w# _& m- uMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

3 \7 ^+ |. U+ Q& D9 yMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& G( r% T; p$ u+ @( W4 W! z) i6 wMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
2 A) u+ W% z6 a4 L+ {Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
9 n8 b/ V0 }; AMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
1 t& V( O! v$ ?  W& t4 vMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
