Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
6 @) m7 [4 ?4 p( p7 M. oplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
4 P% @# U$ ?, x( R" U! J+ x$ ?6 DMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

5 h: ~6 s, I5 d$ F+ c1 zTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.' L& n6 \; _2 v5 w

Job Qualification& P$ M( ~/ r" I: [
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services$ K( Z' a0 N$ u2 N
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s# y1 x' H) ^, J
School)
1 l' E$ B; T7 a2 q. OMust have supervisory experience
# @9 B* T2 @" t3 E* k! U: LMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system$ E: N0 i% Q5 P- c! [
Must be computer literate2 _# T6 o+ _6 p8 }
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
. C# P5 p% \4 ^* s1 D* G) f {5 ZMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
8 E k( `# p" J5 g$ k' g5 \Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills! N9 U; h% U4 p. l- l
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already6 {2 j+ ~2 d- A' I# e n
establish team.
