player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal, _' t0 Y$ s. }5 p
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
! \& Y5 o1 e+ c; O( O1 V
. y" X. m4 f* T. | _7 HTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.' Job Qualification
9 X4 O& i0 [8 z/ sMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services( ^2 [7 \+ Q6 d2 R: D
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s3 o2 g# b0 j+ j: @. `) d6 v
School)3 C' o: z" t9 E% x7 ^
Must have supervisory experience* n, P' G/ K8 D+ e+ u& k |% y4 Z1 I
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system# E% l. ~* c& f. f) J$ M6 d% G/ u3 h
Must be computer literate6 m0 D7 x x# f, w" F+ H
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
- O, @3 S' q- y+ ~Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network! O5 c" v. T' R0 k! o# i3 u
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
