Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team1 n) P6 R! O4 z/ q# P, P
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
% J# y1 ?- C0 X8 `& qMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).% J: m/ k0 {! z" ?. `) b) {

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.2 o3 A3 E8 Z* H; U/ P" P# M) l6 c7 ?

Job Qualification. H E6 ]/ k$ A
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
, O$ ?& {& }7 L$ g7 eMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
( R6 z# l* g6 z8 m7 CSchool)4 L8 k2 n+ {# {
Must have supervisory experience
& w0 {: N( _9 f$ V+ `) [* nMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
6 i, ^* E6 g) x( F, C( H; YMust be computer literate9 W' P5 U9 v3 B% c% D
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
" @& h0 r0 `' D% a# l6 BMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# q/ t3 k& v" q0 M5 W; eMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
8 o" z- o1 ~, zMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
