Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
. c0 V! r& ^8 h! t" q0 r8 xMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

, e( z. \% K2 ]( z5 H8 Y5 zTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
) c5 U+ @9 g! y' eMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
% p! j5 q7 t4 k! Z2 `) QSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
& W- H# y# v1 V: \7 m9 gMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
* S: }/ C0 z+ |, e! E% ^$ v9 rMust be computer literate
6 [& _& u7 r7 RMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# d3 E' }4 g9 m# r& N* uMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
