Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
! R: Z% ?% u! {) z: Wplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
. d! z( a: n4 N) z* WMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).0 w* w$ q# g/ X$ _
- J' w* D8 T* T: Y; m* p
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
& P8 O* X* k' f/ lMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
, s0 ]1 y8 R- LMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
2 w, c* \9 [' P. q$ O2 g6 g) e. wSchool)
' {/ r' o+ U% r* e" V/ WMust have supervisory experience
; H7 n# i+ T' s7 TMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
$ \9 p" p# J1 l8 p% {# FMust be computer literate; I+ R7 i$ L! ]* H) M' K0 Q. {
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.$ ~2 M7 u( E/ P* l7 W: t* T
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
: i1 I7 l. q7 J6 ]' RMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills* k* d7 B/ m' A" \# q
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
