Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
& Y8 d9 `4 f3 Kplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
+ u' z9 E1 L) M% TMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

( g7 Q& E9 i9 s' b6 NTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
: E: J- q& q/ F! b5 _' {Must have supervisory experience
0 B9 f' W1 w0 K* U, ]4 v9 k# JMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
; ?4 u) a3 j) Q( OMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
7 U2 M& e5 n$ e& Y& d) G1 oMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
! b: Q3 G, v5 H( |5 @Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
: h5 d$ \9 ^/ g% m- KMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
& Y: J1 R, ]$ w8 X0 S4 Iestablish team.
