Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team ]1 J$ m1 T1 k2 b$ E
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal6 G4 E6 n; C. f
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.5 l; s- }/ W7 z7 |+ y

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
- ]4 Y: K# v J# u3 nMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
7 ^# l9 i7 G/ F# {1 l. r2 XSchool)% w1 \3 m4 r; j! f; j+ {" ~$ L
Must have supervisory experience
+ L" h, D8 L1 m7 {/ x# |5 AMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system* r& ^8 E: A: [% n1 p# x
Must be computer literate8 E$ y9 B: k+ k: g# w
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
! |9 c' Z" i5 \7 Q- Z, Z; u, w' pMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network4 n' ]' t0 i0 B) ]* @
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
