Position Summary
) ]$ u+ d0 }& f. |Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
5 W& L8 S( i6 s  T$ ]) w- rplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
( W9 V( ?$ ?' B+ Q4 w
2 k6 N# J  @: a. yTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

7 n* C* P5 U+ S' B/ w; e) \+ K1 eMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
/ C1 @7 e' M. HMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

. t! G) W1 L: b% PMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
