' ]: c) x5 U, G4 \% YUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
' T8 k6 G. ~( h( E! YMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
) `5 B1 p0 N) s. X8 V" k2 p/ Z8 {- j
0 a$ \6 V9 C$ Z  ~To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

' K/ A6 y% s$ `: uJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
6 m6 T9 M8 M/ g7 yMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 v- E: D; k9 I% ?" a4 xSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
' B0 ^3 v. w) Q- FMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
/ D! t6 P; w% aMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
6 O9 |8 `, M* S# eMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
