Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
. ?7 m- d: y3 KUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team, I1 q) B D8 I/ B2 d
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
* P) o5 h. @, ?1 h! x! O. }Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
z* m' s: [# N& _( |7 I* h6 v) d) k; Y
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
; Q! Y! g( G3 U6 p+ R: h8 GMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
" z/ M; P$ D3 ~- `Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s$ Z! q" L5 X8 Y! \+ D& K+ o
School)
# g5 O' m- y- w' i. ?! |% sMust have supervisory experience
# |6 K6 C M4 h3 D7 IMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system- A. _9 ?) B( g$ D7 i; L
Must be computer literate
" S4 v2 S) h! m/ LMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.8 i5 E) I8 [" ?% w
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
- I, u- S/ Y2 ^9 i5 h* B9 g* X: sMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
9 q& e( [. A$ {* |) F8 h& @* O/ x" NMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
