Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. ( A- E7 d- T: n, [2 Z9 hUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
$ @4 K8 Y; R) R/ }+ S( e+ k- B' W: X; Xplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
( f. u! f* B% n& M; ^Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

6 w  y8 H: K# j4 Z+ k7 u7 l% q) ETo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
$ B: }: Z, y0 E! ~9 GMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
+ c% Q0 x: I' oSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
1 N9 h# K/ f2 m) X) Y& C& \' A, |9 jMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
