player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
. ~5 d& }3 V, k# `- KMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).. R; ]) o3 b( N$ e- g" _
t' N+ [- \+ B+ m* E3 XTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.8 @' F8 V+ Z% y

Job Qualification; B# M3 a) z2 \! h; ] l$ }
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
" q8 u) [$ H) |1 A! h) ZMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* P3 a+ J; K0 VSchool)
! o; b8 I( o2 {" t1 L1 ~0 t8 h5 KMust have supervisory experience6 k, ^& j; K, i
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
) b( z9 h( c5 r' z/ E& I _Must be computer literate: x h6 o# q. q& [9 n4 D
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.+ `$ @0 t& N7 G. |$ f3 d
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
- C- I5 ]% ~! J! C: b' g1 uMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills% H% [5 Z) D2 G' G; a: t" L( N# h
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
