Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team' T* P+ ]0 e+ G' }6 S+ ?) ^3 ^8 X
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
5 R) P- ]7 q! M+ Z0 N uMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).7 Y, O ]* a0 p* \- `) B
3 R; r, l' n1 T
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification- X* k: L& I0 K; k
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& V4 A, q P$ Q: c1 d: X- tMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
, Q) Q% z+ ~: lSchool)- z, _% I8 G2 l; g
Must have supervisory experience- |% A: O% R: L3 `
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system K3 F8 k7 d# ^2 \
Must be computer literate0 @* N6 Q. ?6 k2 a
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.' w& ~( [" W. ^
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
