player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
' \" M; j" U8 H0 _; e8 ZMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).7 b5 F5 o( d2 S! G. G
& C: }8 D' r! U( f# W' n
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit., `. y, ]- d* R3 i
' `" z: ]! x# G& H0 R' T; ZJob Qualification
( z3 W6 s/ L- W' \ P% lMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services1 o8 K) g4 c; T3 N
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
% p% @- P- t. E$ s9 ?, y: H2 USchool)
: h- w0 z5 J5 S2 _Must have supervisory experience: D$ ~3 z+ y8 D8 y0 o! m2 s) T2 R
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system: e1 d, Y7 i- p0 ?
Must be computer literate
! K* D1 X$ j5 ^* r. zMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
* H8 R& U, S7 oMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
; b3 l- k+ G& `3 e: J6 j& a( KMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
9 e* I1 U' c3 z5 P# D* C8 a8 dMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
