player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
c* C. z# T; q$ I' aMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).8 a( K+ t" @/ Y1 a% v
; Y8 n$ `" Z" T2 S9 pTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
* d( X6 e2 O. W" d1 N7 OMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s1 ?9 [: s$ a1 m9 V3 Q+ W7 b0 u
School)
/ V k/ I5 P; D' n) b7 D/ t) }Must have supervisory experience
# Y" f# g2 y: z8 c) pMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
; s4 d/ a( M2 d- y \' oMust be computer literate4 |1 B* K% d- m/ P7 C
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.0 K' N' T/ j. R- X# d
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network) ]. {6 W# Z% ^! z$ n4 b/ B2 b8 D6 b
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills# a }) Q2 H) s7 _6 i. o
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already' g9 e, a8 M8 P# w6 j: l
