Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
; T+ R( s5 r  I1 S" A  {Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

Y# V7 p" R+ DTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
0 l  t/ t3 M! }Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* ]  l0 C: }2 T5 y( XSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
8 O6 F7 O+ d4 qMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
! C5 P( P' E- X3 J0 k2 _# \6 |Must be computer literate
, H, j, V9 ~1 l& G4 xMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
" t6 Y- q( v& Z& |Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
