Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
1 B1 F1 v- `& h$ s, W4 ~* l; X1 Vplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
: ^" E4 e. A% R" }6 Z- J+ hMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
) X8 }. o: B1 _* M( b* s: gMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
% x- P6 E3 Y, P9 H0 oSchool)
  N4 N& U) s, M$ w" |Must have supervisory experience
7 K! l3 y( s4 R8 ZMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

# \! K- \* Q0 }; i3 OMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
