Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
1 x$ G* r: N0 ]. \( a- V: b( zUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
, c% j$ v9 x8 G$ s/ L6 Y5 xMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

7 x! @; f; p" lJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
" e$ r0 H' G- aMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
  C( Q6 u' Z2 ~3 S, U* L$ USchool)
1 i1 F. q( w; U5 a8 K, K6 @Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
