& m- ^1 E4 p, {, l. }1 XCreating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
' R: D" o; \  o+ o: X
+ B  F+ k! l/ t- J1 Q3 O4 cTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
6 _4 g- M, R1 U" w) f8 W0 xMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
) @0 E7 n+ q" X" p$ bMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
# r8 n0 ~- N" ?Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
4 N: e+ T$ l% f) N- [$ A/ wMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
" x. w3 z% `  e# e7 j1 i8 G" TMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
