Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

/ o6 G+ l- d2 ^9 fTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

0 O" N5 d) D. @6 i  @5 C: ]7 WMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
* [4 j, o1 o  G4 U! KMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* H& J3 K# _% B2 m# N: n" DSchool)
% m& L; N* [" gMust have supervisory experience
/ S4 W! y6 c2 q, wMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
6 W6 Q1 x! n$ i! c; ]3 H0 }% |Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
% _; O3 j5 _; h' u! E6 cMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
0 v$ @7 I4 l6 k1 {Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
  u' {; S- ^$ fMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
