Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
3 h2 p: c5 p- A8 ~4 b0 _player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal* W2 \ {; C' ]/ j
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).6 U7 T0 t/ h9 h) c! C$ }2 L3 e4 N
0 v% ~2 w' P/ i3 }2 |' |' } v
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.7 ?6 W% B, |* L8 `% S

Job Qualification+ k8 q% d) P! d% _
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
2 S+ N1 I0 b& P& sMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
( k o* _; o0 e, @" X) ZSchool)
R3 v- P/ ^% v lMust have supervisory experience
5 }1 y# a$ a; H4 fMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system0 J2 a" h0 d4 ~2 f
Must be computer literate
]% ^4 |7 `1 r1 P4 z8 ^Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
9 F; ]5 z0 N! [. A$ {4 t- VMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
2 F3 q( d0 z, N7 t6 \8 `4 i) I- LMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
# T# X; D/ t: X' N! P m1 T& NMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
