Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
0 A2 Q4 t0 \9 a3 W0 a: ?Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
, F5 n* h2 i+ ^player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal- H! V4 C* ^( ~
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).3 {7 |* _' {' R1 \+ K; `% \
r/ u, L* D$ F8 W" K& Z/ W
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
# `9 d! Y$ Q& r4 B* `1 Z+ iMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
: O) G$ g/ s* H5 w: p5 YMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
) O3 b- Q" X- Q2 f/ m& F# D5 f: ZSchool) S2 e t h _( p1 ]" @- K
Must have supervisory experience+ u4 _9 [4 ~2 d6 n) h @2 ^
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
W) k9 v4 h a4 s' p2 Q( V- pMust be computer literate2 \$ B, \, _1 I% z
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.( B5 q0 n0 c/ @! e
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network4 e* t2 d: }9 I+ ]9 q5 Q8 r# D# `2 w
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
2 J0 g# Z4 Z: fMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
