) @8 W! N7 j9 F5 o ]4 f4 S( Zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal5 {/ [9 s, e9 l
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).# `/ Q7 k* p, k }
; e# C$ q, t: h; a" |7 pTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification( S/ S5 S# |% p: x) I' Y/ w
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
/ e0 E/ z+ b+ B7 ^; a. q$ cMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
$ ~9 r: E: A6 P: Y2 pSchool)6 f) c: W3 k1 i Q0 t
Must have supervisory experience- j% ^- b8 t6 W' v4 X2 l$ m8 e, Y
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system9 z7 x" a0 I& e$ ]+ L* d2 G
Must be computer literate( G, h! s: X# _% a! R% B% I, ~
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.! s1 A; [5 _8 S) U, v
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network2 c, T5 z& D, x& b$ r! N
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills" h* [- f! y. {
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already1 _6 J4 b* P. l
establish team.
