Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
% `* Q8 e$ o" kUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
6 h3 i1 _5 s4 L6 DMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

) S/ B5 a( F" W% I! k& xMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
& }: `7 G3 ?( n) jMust have supervisory experience
. t5 N+ ?7 M) b( }Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
4 q, b. g% ]3 }* q- ~0 JMust be computer literate
; l8 C' {, H+ k" m1 g+ XMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills

establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
