1 `! ^; ~7 V/ o7 a* S* @6 JUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
; z4 [( J3 G9 P4 S" O& Vplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal* ^7 K1 V/ e" {# r
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
; k s7 n- M# Z" K2 M, B' Z% E
4 p2 J% c) J# R5 T! UTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit. B, e" t$ K# [ G: }" Q

Job Qualification
/ ^7 w/ l M! f' S$ [Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
* e: K9 \2 K8 \3 L6 C4 ~4 }" FMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
8 r" n* ]4 s) {# x. V( i+ b* L6 kSchool)4 U9 G8 x' w+ v
Must have supervisory experience1 D, H6 ?+ y" a. \! z" {: g
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
: Z% u4 ?0 L7 v9 L; tMust be computer literate
( ]: b& K- q2 Y& y6 U2 jMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract." `# P* E' {4 T* }7 e
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
J) @# G; b0 ~6 S) ^1 d$ EMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills7 e: a% o* Y+ V) G7 ~
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
