Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 4 p4 C* N: R7 |) x# T1 E- vUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
  z; F3 k' I( t; C- k8 r9 vplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
1 q9 p: l. n1 A+ c# Q9 ^Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

U: t7 p& X& h, f, K7 B0 ZTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

: E4 @+ K9 W: b" QMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
$ c2 H5 x. F% N0 W8 w* s7 v$ }) hMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
( \5 t+ s" }& s. BMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
