Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team+ s( X6 t1 g4 A; I {6 w2 G! j/ f
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal# @# P7 j: U" a" m: {- e- r
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

$ Z; h% D4 k+ U4 M3 vTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

$ m$ ~1 j6 \3 l( H% c" r1 {Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services. L& o$ t* y& w% F0 Z& e
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s/ c5 s/ c, L" b9 O
School)
; Z3 m+ g! u: U2 f1 eMust have supervisory experience6 t. u; j% b& e* p0 l% W
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
0 Q$ W8 Q/ m+ X+ X. ^* YMust be computer literate
# T5 k2 j2 a' H) o9 rMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
1 b5 M2 j5 z2 |9 uMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
" U9 p9 T( R: d' e3 EMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills- g" V- V9 E) i5 Y" ~! ~0 F2 _
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
