Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
6 l1 O$ `0 w) c' `0 fplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal6 B; L" R; C- j/ j# ^) u
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
' i, k2 w2 A# {( i0 \! k7 p1 E$ p5 p: q$ F$ a5 D4 ? z( X- E, ~
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.+ n! M o& m( M. U- i

Job Qualification
9 i# o3 Z/ k6 Y6 [ bMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
5 V- b+ j$ P9 Q/ h$ \Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 l, m* m6 d H6 A G nSchool)
. l1 H6 q. C. e8 L) lMust have supervisory experience3 b: G& Q% P4 I# }1 u! h$ w5 O
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
% ?( t1 O- C+ n2 DMust be computer literate
% @; Y$ c7 p1 e" V2 Q* vMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.7 K4 R1 S* V- `2 {/ {) f
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
4 E7 T; I4 ]) |6 G) {/ oMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ v4 v& `) n7 GMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
