Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
" J7 i3 h/ I) t# l$ Qplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
/ {: M. ?' P* ], ]Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

, b# Z  R* m' |6 O2 I# X7 _To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
/ `0 p+ d$ p9 iMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* i  `' J; e) t8 Q) R* KSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
! y: O8 _$ t* i# X, `Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
, d& f1 f* U% hMust be computer literate
7 V& {: k# Q0 R0 hMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
& v% o- x8 \( g  w6 EMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
4 n* {- K4 x7 p( O4 IMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
& D( e5 G! Q' W, c7 Eestablish team.
