Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 4 \7 S5 L6 S) C# i9 L# aUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
* a& b6 z  ?$ n% OMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

6 ]: N( u7 K% pJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
3 Y3 [! |1 K# @$ D4 k4 X; B: ]( RMust have supervisory experience
5 h2 y) _3 [4 N6 C7 @% ~! OMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
7 t+ n! A' @) `+ v0 {Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
6 Z% [. a- n$ |9 @0 L2 {Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
& V+ d4 e+ h1 [- D+ _" |Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
