Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. & `& q! _/ L( o# b3 cUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
; Q$ p( k7 m# e5 y5 q
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
: L7 M  b; l& M4 Z. {+ _Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
0 P7 {, n% Y- j) X1 kMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
2 d- @- z1 n. O( GSchool)
, s+ Z' D4 ]) l7 @1 D4 OMust have supervisory experience
3 v7 G) w; g' `$ X, V# PMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
+ T& V& B+ g0 c2 @) bMust be computer literate
! z% X* f/ ~# f2 \. o  y, w6 G9 xMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
# [; I% S+ R6 J6 F- o0 ^Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
2 q9 G7 o! b6 ~* {Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
) _! y" {* i' {0 \+ gMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
