Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
1 k" L4 a% R" o- W4 dplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
! R/ P' F9 i% G3 d* MMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

; j+ H2 C3 k7 p: A% KTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
7 |1 |0 e9 L. x- AMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
  s! N$ q0 l3 i3 x/ M/ ^School)
: x5 e0 n5 x8 n# aMust have supervisory experience
9 _" ~$ y$ ~! Z8 A7 ]! V0 |' `/ gMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
1 |5 h! w' n3 U  {, z3 a" a" u. L* i' [Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

* z; O& D, }( S8 E2 p8 i" dMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
