Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
& N" F7 e2 b$ n  splayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
, X$ I1 P; l% `/ I# v; N; J
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
0 \/ t3 t2 ?0 J4 pMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
; t8 E6 y) `- l! @$ L8 H0 ^Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
' U: E! z# t* Q. @2 G- B2 F: DMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
. W0 S" _3 |, `' sMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
4 p% v. d8 K  T1 mMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
" Z! v# K, C+ v' C( K" CMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
8 V; s* |: u5 qestablish team.
