Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team+ P+ q4 S9 H, o$ z' c
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal6 n" L! z, d( z: p$ {5 d) ]
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
3 ^! J$ O" ~# _4 X% z& N; E; R; z+ v9 f# X( P& ]
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification! u( s- L6 F; B2 l4 B
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services, ?, l9 |- h6 \. e6 X; t. V3 p4 p
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
6 ~8 Z" _( F+ mSchool)9 I9 C& V; u2 a& x
Must have supervisory experience
4 K# Q& s7 h2 j: q( GMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
& ^$ c0 x+ a* @- d% N/ WMust be computer literate
; H7 H* `( q- u/ k/ _3 j+ E LMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
2 q( [8 P- P9 V" T4 s" fMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
$ }, n* b$ F' L5 p4 Y, BMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
$ @) P% H; Z) x- RMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
