Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
* \8 c0 w6 m+ i$ o* t# p+ ~, C" Jplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal& O+ ~/ F, B6 ~1 u: N
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).2 O, C8 a1 k! X- U E
: j( u" d7 K, s. o* O. o
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.7 A+ c$ {& C) h8 M6 p6 n% n

Job Qualification
: G: `2 w4 C: @2 F0 l" K- nMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services* j, _1 p5 l/ C' @9 T' `# W! d
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* m8 o; M- P! `( r; Q4 MSchool)" P. Y9 t! t- G0 M" F7 X
Must have supervisory experience) P$ f+ \& N1 l7 G) K- R7 N. W
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system- j% M; Y5 |9 f% f
Must be computer literate
! C4 _, V- m$ B' W) r+ QMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.6 A8 M2 a9 i5 _5 g" u7 d6 ]2 {+ V
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# G0 E$ n: W! b. ?$ qMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
2 u2 d. w- V3 h6 d LMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
