Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 3 L9 |) n$ q2 _: f2 yplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
1 g# ^6 s: ^* m/ I2 l7 w( sMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

: }0 }; _+ a8 h7 {! T- ?- }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.5 C9 e% i% I5 k7 x; _. u

Job Qualification& o: F; A+ m0 i2 B: B! Q O
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
8 E1 A3 N+ q5 R& x5 F5 b, S8 PMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s+ f) ?/ N2 k, K$ Y
School)' k# ?1 N7 Q! K
Must have supervisory experience B% `8 y' F" K# }, v
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system6 A' k; B, J O8 L
Must be computer literate$ V6 w F6 \. b3 A* U
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.6 V4 I' n. e' N$ z9 h( B- |
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network+ R. V: K+ @* p: P1 `
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
) \& j" |6 k$ S4 B0 M! c% M$ rMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already2 P: B5 L$ a4 q
establish team.
