Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team* y2 B; X% _7 Z# t
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
5 C8 y" ?7 \( l8 u6 F4 _Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).( u: I3 Y3 _' v1 N4 M
; V0 ]. k* [( B% W E/ ~' I! c- ^3 z
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services3 @6 L+ R. V" f
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s2 D1 ^5 c! S* e7 ^
School)
! |" R: @) I: F/ I' HMust have supervisory experience
( Q% C7 C7 r. m% ]6 i' Y0 D gMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system4 @2 K) E' d ~2 l1 H
Must be computer literate
- [1 v0 y$ `# l; {1 h7 A! |Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.% N7 X3 v& C# u. U
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
0 n0 z4 e& o* v! h* v [1 k6 CMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills2 ?1 e# p1 B1 `
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already9 p0 h" O; z5 I, E, H" J6 O7 [ X& R
