Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 9 Y+ A, H( @* ^. PUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team5 i8 i9 O% `3 ~8 c6 T* ~
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal( @9 M: a/ L5 _0 D X
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).9 E& N; F- h8 u; X
% f5 n+ O" P8 x2 }% a4 q% sTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

) E$ A; w# M1 TJob Qualification; g4 D( G2 N' Y# N2 X, x
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
$ Q, Z! A" k: G) Y$ h3 m' AMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s2 ]: Y! n- o: U- `( O
School)" D V& x% b6 q2 y h8 _* e
Must have supervisory experience
' ]% R# |5 x+ N* W) o+ {3 ?" DMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
1 z, ^9 f: Z/ _- @Must be computer literate
9 U1 |9 H" L1 t8 QMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
; p0 f$ n$ b8 N: hMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network8 g2 v# y% T" m
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
; V- B: ^8 r) z: C& O' zMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
