player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
0 ~/ Q8 K5 ]5 a4 ~5 b, CMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).) Y, O3 z; t- C& C
, |, [, Z W2 i# Z( uTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.+ B6 m, t! ^; U5 ^1 B/ P6 p

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services4 E% Q( D& W* p$ j; H* P
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s' `6 e% G( N' y# P% A
School)+ O0 C$ A- |8 |9 B
Must have supervisory experience2 s8 Y# P( S; k- e
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
: v& d* x) R. R1 n+ {Must be computer literate
* P8 P2 g# q# W: n0 V0 iMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.& X0 u/ r9 D. ?
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
]/ \+ K- B! i/ E4 }6 SMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
