Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team/ b$ a7 I1 U$ g2 I, ^( b: D
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
. Q& E& i8 {, K# N# B: M) NMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).8 z- Q: [+ K. p( c% J$ M1 K" r
e! w/ V0 w5 } M6 `) P0 n- F. B1 {
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& Y4 p w" {" OMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s

Must have supervisory experience
4 w0 s" s. Z! M3 a8 _; J5 o% fMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
% ?2 ?% N# o, }- |Must be computer literate; s8 D5 M. h0 e0 G# S. o
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.# @& N M# O3 `0 o, |& t
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network+ @2 _" v0 q _4 G: v
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills8 j4 g* c+ C( n7 |6 }$ w/ c
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
