Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
" |+ k- F$ R2 F9 _player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal4 i0 f0 N( `$ O' h) F
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
! N: M( t4 `$ C6 X Q
* P, E6 {9 a& m- L+ ~' GTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.2 s6 W4 R$ H! Y

$ ~6 k1 J- E* LMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
6 _' c! P; `/ w( bMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s; p7 N1 A$ C2 ~0 W2 u2 q" z2 \
School)- O3 P6 Q b6 ?
Must have supervisory experience
# r7 q. f% D! e! C" y4 V2 E* G E! HMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
) c( ^& t) `5 t" LMust be computer literate1 J/ t5 c' ?7 H% Q
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.& Y* q. L2 k4 E; w# \9 I. y
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
( @. B& o. o& f" J$ Q% q6 VMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills- @& p) u$ @3 b$ M+ }3 Y7 ~
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
