Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
- Y; d7 W# w3 @0 w8 J; m4 Nplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
E! |5 L' b% f& `; `9 ^Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

R$ P% h8 H1 }; xTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.8 O/ b. \2 y( m3 l

Job Qualification' m+ _* `8 m* U! v5 f2 Z
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
5 ?4 b$ S& [* |- N0 ~, ]) qMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
' B; v% d1 j/ MSchool)! `$ ^: T2 q$ ]9 i- K
Must have supervisory experience
) f( r& X R; l4 nMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
$ [+ n* n& B$ Q ~Must be computer literate/ K/ n( u: S* M, j* o
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.8 y0 x" _, P( b4 Q0 l+ S) ]
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 N) g8 Q6 d* C% y, `$ n c$ BMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
