Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
+ D# V) ~+ E( _# z. M* f# X0 lMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

$ x& P! p, U% X' s1 u1 _" u3 j* yMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
6 t  h. y# @: D# u. ~& _Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
. H9 L/ J5 K5 G; _1 R7 z! QSchool)
, c% u) v3 l% G: I$ |; V. KMust have supervisory experience
8 B6 T: b7 K* p4 P) A7 G- TMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
" ?4 u2 z' K, [; }Must be computer literate
0 P, q& [0 m, Q/ mMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
8 f% T4 W! ?0 m- U5 f: R2 bMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
3 G, m; q9 N. nMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
2 b) n" u: n( L! LMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
