Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
& s, O4 j9 S8 ~( uplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal1 S5 c2 a+ H$ q
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

S+ w O3 C: S e0 nTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.& g! K4 v) w% ~/ |

" Z8 \( ?& ^4 v9 v, A6 \Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services$ {& `- J$ {( M, y" _% T
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s1 M- ?4 W, r6 q9 a9 o! }. z
School)3 W" D# {6 {- N9 S, C& v% h
Must have supervisory experience5 ?8 W+ b+ W! b: U
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system5 ?# t0 V j; d1 r0 Y; x# @( V' L2 P
Must be computer literate5 c7 w# A5 q5 _3 r+ W8 j: L
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.4 N M/ w( i+ O4 Q
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network2 `% t: p% H0 b; p) [
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
