Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
2 T4 z) d$ r! ?( T7 VUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
; m0 D. _; y. Oplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
4 {$ A: t5 _- w5 V' d& {0 OMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
$ i8 ]) V- k- u1 j
+ D$ [; ^& _2 Y2 i4 H0 u- g3 aTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

' B* {& k& a( [' YJob Qualification
! o& T! U' X8 Y+ y; r3 BMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
! e. e5 c% ~4 r1 LMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
6 w1 V5 C# Q) @! z5 BMust be computer literate
. d6 V* }+ V9 K1 [Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
+ ~2 |+ ^) V5 R% t! k" ZMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
) K! U- i  g' c8 w8 OMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
