Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
6 v. L" ]: E" ^player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal& ]6 n: E2 e P! }3 }
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)." i* w' J S/ y3 R, s3 z: M
# c* {- I" |0 }: P8 D; w; ~" v
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification4 p+ g9 N8 Y: H
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
9 K# a3 n% _7 D( cMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
2 J4 q' u- p5 `! A% X4 MSchool)
- b) v7 u8 V6 s/ ~Must have supervisory experience
* n- R0 r# h1 UMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
: F- {: d: t$ I2 A7 b) g; h+ I6 hMust be computer literate9 E2 E. S, I" X; j _# q
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.8 v" g+ B4 S- y- c# H
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network( j6 ~( s. V; w, J! ]0 _; R
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
