Position Summary
( B" z# {# J( `$ a" [Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
2 |* P* c1 T& X5 S& f: E" _' Z) N* `Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
; {; r- |( @& e+ W- c2 J! W" SSchool)
, _1 l, ^, b+ G% q. rMust have supervisory experience
5 W+ d& g/ O' @+ P8 fMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
( c3 P9 {- |7 n  e- fMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
2 v0 D# A% Z. w5 t) F% T! N5 KMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
+ U" W. E: _) [$ l8 L$ P6 C* T' M- yMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
