Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
$ x* n. S9 W5 qplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
8 T" Y! a! H  N- q* j* pMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

7 Q- _! _6 k7 m) y) z: m5 XTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

; G7 N  v( J- ?. L  eMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
! w( i. O2 ^3 Y" w0 {+ u6 ZSchool)
/ Q* C6 D0 ?, g% JMust have supervisory experience
! p7 f9 n" |0 ]6 `Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
. C2 }- k: o$ g* u" g9 hMust be computer literate
; Z! w  L. n. C4 oMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' q6 Y  S5 O1 j3 f6 ~Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
& y0 z/ n4 w# k2 U# Aestablish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
