Position Summary
$ x2 V. C: C9 G3 e7 WUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team7 Y! S b5 v5 a/ u8 {
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal) F5 R9 h, d4 X5 r# c& L" D- U7 U
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).7 Q8 S( c7 \4 M. @
0 _# P E/ u8 H* H2 lTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification: N& X+ |- y) E( k& l
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
! A( R9 E! r3 K1 J+ {Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s7 P% R7 n" P2 O3 C
School)
! y9 H# S7 x+ u1 o! a! LMust have supervisory experience, S! Z' E: l) V3 `
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
+ H! M/ X/ c' c; |- P f; I7 u5 a1 qMust be computer literate# V! I9 I. Y5 I
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
% t9 S# e+ z5 U V G, f: S9 H, EMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
: E% n* m U8 N: W: v/ P( l( ?Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
9 l! B% h& @. {* L" ?+ a# gMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already% f; v. K# @2 t6 S' u
