Position Summary! d H3 T# h1 W9 i$ d5 v0 r
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team# S* T, ]' v& [0 ^. t y: z
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal2 p/ I. J+ v) O6 g" @4 O
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
! u J8 s6 G) U
* ]/ S! d4 t+ m+ b3 o: Z7 HTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
2 N4 ?6 ~+ @8 R- r& }Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services( T. i# F* A: F" H
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
" \0 D( K7 U4 w ~# N; b$ q2 ESchool) q; F) X* W; U# L
Must have supervisory experience
( Y6 ]) K4 M# O: _& ]% M w4 M- HMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
+ p6 c* E! }8 H7 S$ |Must be computer literate
; o$ ]1 }1 D1 z; O l8 NMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.! U3 R+ p9 d Z+ i* [" J" b
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
$ N2 B- k5 G: O) LMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills1 K; M- {) `; E
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
