Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
7 a6 K. p+ o- @4 F) L; qplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal$ F1 J7 U7 `7 S: F1 o; X, g
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
% G% m: V( K+ b( w
3 H$ }9 K. D9 t1 S {To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.) T3 C8 Y1 Z+ R3 ^ U9 n" [

Job Qualification
. \& W2 _3 c) [5 Q9 dMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services- ]: r; W6 ~ E. I+ \
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
8 l$ W4 W2 T) s4 J3 j' p, tSchool)
0 {% Z6 p+ Q$ B* p7 h+ s% aMust have supervisory experience, ~: p2 `0 Z! l. ~( ^; J, I; K
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system; u+ D3 B+ j* D1 @' e
Must be computer literate
5 \) Y1 C! }3 E+ Y. Q5 _Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract. W% F+ e, d9 E9 J7 P+ O. }
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network* L1 b/ M4 v; r/ b+ K
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
5 g; d% \( H3 D, f. `0 nMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
