Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team7 H- }. i* W8 N$ t/ L- v' w$ ?
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal J$ W- X& z% G, y6 R
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).5 s3 P- {7 j9 V1 h+ t
4 b* u1 R* t1 u& {& CTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.& f3 a! W- \" C" U

Job Qualification
7 ^7 ^ e5 i/ V% Z7 b, LMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services2 T& X( F! H# K) S; ]2 \6 U" c
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
# K9 `/ @8 J5 H0 w9 JSchool)3 l5 E. d& l; G( K' K6 t
Must have supervisory experience9 V8 x" z G# t- J7 c
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system+ A' ~6 V$ d' i! y% q; [4 S) r
Must be computer literate7 {2 u* h1 E7 s% s, M
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.

. J0 K i8 T2 Q0 eMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills" F K1 k+ H: V6 S8 C' V; ]
