Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 3 }9 m% Y& @; Z9 K3 K- |! gUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
: o  R2 K+ y2 v+ Dplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

( `( |# O* x# ]1 N' {To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

$ A$ E! h" w; [8 J4 |& j: E+ h  tMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
9 K, }2 a2 ~! W+ g! VSchool)
0 x" W+ m+ ~% t1 [7 a% C7 |- GMust have supervisory experience
  N+ o: B! c, KMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
' w9 Q+ R1 g- n% Z7 \. ~7 yMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
