player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal5 D6 @: W$ m; L7 k
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).# t1 |2 s, e) N- {
: j$ |6 ^0 Q) T% o7 p7 y) Z4 O, zTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.. ]9 U2 Z0 C# n

Job Qualification: O1 g" Q# z% c
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
( _8 N8 W5 G$ s6 O) C2 bMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s6 V5 b! S, x6 s; O) `% C
School)
2 P3 _' C+ L6 FMust have supervisory experience* ]2 \) }, ~8 f6 C0 v" @' m V
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system6 I( Z* a6 K: o/ d1 X
Must be computer literate
: c4 C% }9 R$ `Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.+ d0 k0 m; X1 l! \. D1 {3 `
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 B; p# r9 u/ L! ~Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills5 N, [# u! e+ g% n
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already) ~2 e. {) n' E& V# ?' G y
