Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
# ^2 @/ G' u$ ]5 t7 WUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
& j* _1 n9 d4 hMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
) U5 Z6 q- K3 b# U+ S8 ^4 D
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

3 f" U3 g" A# wMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& x( K+ T9 Y, z. D9 E& _( m% O0 DMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
: Z) C6 E) P5 m+ U9 ~# r7 q! A, TSchool)
6 u; e8 J! x6 ~7 O0 S3 M$ S- nMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
. j1 s. \( h! r. b6 A# A( z8 vMust be computer literate
/ c1 v6 [3 G* M" P! f" a  uMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
- r. U# _( X" M2 P  KMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 a+ ]# S3 e. T) o; J( N: qMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
