Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

; t5 _4 V* K7 H# Y9 e3 HMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
% o9 F" `  y- ^& xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
  u& k7 A1 r5 N0 V5 vMust be computer literate
3 H% C% J0 a* D% ~Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
2 J2 E- v; @6 D6 ?8 X( {8 ZMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
# `; I+ P2 q5 T& J# O- r% cMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already

Wages according to qualification and experience
