Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
$ x8 \  O* G8 C! A5 P6 mMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
) ^* T- z# s' Q: @3 K+ ~

F1 f, p1 HTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

* X- d1 k* V: _* RJob Qualification
# E) x1 Q3 e, NMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
: _5 r6 j& R  E. f! hMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
2 ]1 B4 ^8 V( e: uMust be computer literate
, y* S9 D& D3 z4 t2 d2 FMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
. e5 z' V" @) ]' V+ X- tMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
* f8 _1 T7 b" Yestablish team.
