Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
+ n; u I6 {, ^6 \ Rplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal8 _- b/ F4 ^; P/ r
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).6 b/ T0 o3 z. g3 _6 y) d0 c

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification; l8 @, z2 j1 a$ a( I* f: {' O0 ^
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services3 U& o9 h4 y; X5 U( T
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
. y( x! f- Z- L8 z& KSchool)' M4 t4 f) j& [. u
Must have supervisory experience
: ?2 v* b: K6 Q& YMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
" b3 D- J. ]1 sMust be computer literate5 T5 t$ Z* h# p9 @$ O# _+ v
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.2 W: W8 Q( R% l( ?1 X% F
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network4 z$ F/ y4 F7 T6 {( s H
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
! N- B6 }1 k% E7 g7 W/ o# tMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
