Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team9 N Z, h0 M! j, o/ _: g3 @
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal' A+ b/ J* H1 ^& D3 n+ {2 V
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
; D0 X% n7 t/ G% i% l- v1 h4 }+ |) t6 \! G* C
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
2 z. D: U# W, E+ s2 R& ~( Z7 BMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
; A3 e# ?( f' GSchool)
# c/ N" l- J! C4 S7 V' dMust have supervisory experience
# n; S3 F) M0 Q& O6 gMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system. z5 H& j% J3 c' g# B- I( {
Must be computer literate
5 G! n4 m6 G: D! V" p* u' @5 s$ T( uMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
1 e" L: a2 s' X" qMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network2 y( z3 V2 t( r, D& c! N1 y
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
6 t' B/ Y L2 h+ p+ a }* KMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
