Position Summary

player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
$ b4 L. i7 _- h3 UMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).* F* Y9 k% U; T
8 S5 B! p7 i5 s2 jTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.# ]4 v! _8 F+ m$ `) g- ]
; K' o6 r' Y- t5 ZJob Qualification
+ h( d% i+ H4 e: E; v$ w0 N3 eMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services% C; S2 {, ^$ ]; m# q. w4 R
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s% ^0 P0 ^" \5 }) a A
School)! j- _! s* L( o/ a3 s: r
Must have supervisory experience5 W f" Q& C) c Z* J; }% G
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system+ k- P% H& G* Q
Must be computer literate9 E( g# x3 G# g9 Q5 Q% |7 h2 ]# K: W
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
`% j, q2 a& z# t* UMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
