Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
( }$ d* M5 ^% `5 \Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
0 }, l! V8 t0 w, Wplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal! d8 ~8 a% P2 l" E$ w) O
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).2 Y( e1 v* n5 ]( B4 @' L1 f$ t. r
9 R1 y' k* J7 _- r/ E# E
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification# Z. Z7 C( y9 p9 q
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services( D% Z3 P+ V4 @) _0 P# A
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s" S9 W6 g1 j0 I& R# \
School)
5 U, O* D* z3 A. N; q7 x HMust have supervisory experience
6 _/ ?5 k. K2 g1 @. JMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system" } L6 n6 A1 x. N, C, ^
Must be computer literate
# j! R* T) y3 _4 @( A2 n# A* sMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' m+ |7 v @: n5 N* J iMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network; k6 U0 x: ^# F% N
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
' t% H* h: {/ D% _9 yMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already0 N' b E5 p9 X4 O7 w6 o
establish team.
