Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
4 f3 h5 V# `& h1 K/ W) G5 oUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
; R  |4 _3 x( J2 P1 ASchool)
' H9 _0 ]  z9 s6 GMust have supervisory experience
1 ~0 ^3 ^( |- l. g$ A2 X; nMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
6 l- j$ D. o2 l" SMust be computer literate
, \" L' ~  E/ L" W, hMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
7 o% I. U' a9 I0 g3 x, p2 s3 GMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
  h/ t* M0 u# G5 z3 Y, vMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
