7 j0 E- I2 t3 Qplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
9 U8 m& L* l2 E, A0 [9 Y k( VMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).7 }1 p4 k5 j9 z2 c
9 l. i* G! ?2 J; c0 o7 f& cTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.( w0 D2 ]; J) @' f' S+ l
$ t% _- f. q5 E8 }) `% t7 zJob Qualification; g; I6 p) ^ l! T6 Z
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
8 B- n8 c x+ a. ]* ]Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s N* u2 f' w$ X6 u1 u
School)$ \# Z: K2 U4 ~4 V' H% x- w9 \
Must have supervisory experience
1 u; b+ I( b d! Z- E2 ^ AMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
- k* p+ N# u7 i* ?3 J8 \Must be computer literate' \# |9 a) I, r& [
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
. L, b6 [6 ]; K) Z& v3 {Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network, w0 F( H0 u8 h1 s1 K# r. i
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills8 n) L& {$ u) U2 S4 G
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already. m/ R5 Q0 i% g0 b: X7 _
