Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
% b* Y9 A, j" x4 g5 S. \player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal% b0 V/ t$ I/ A6 u
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

Z- f/ d% c% X! tTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit. L3 Y# e, _* F& n8 r% F6 K- u

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
' P, g* O6 W' [( \Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s: q9 Z0 B' S9 \; h/ K$ m/ H7 ~6 l- F9 y' L
School)
, B. R' P1 M- y6 d. |Must have supervisory experience$ S8 }$ v! D; O+ e* {: G4 |% K
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
* M+ {7 ]1 T6 f: M( |. ~/ a( U2 W& ]Must be computer literate
! O1 @) u* E, y1 K( IMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
0 K- d1 k- G% |% KMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
9 \9 _7 q# n5 EMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
& _' B2 o8 e+ FMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
