Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
" H( e+ R0 ^# o: WMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
7 R( g3 K- H% S8 T4 f0 P0 h8 ~
1 G; Z. r- M' h/ n6 UTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

+ m" A+ F& {! }; w. r" pMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
7 I8 [, F0 l5 _School)
) H5 o' y6 k) h. Y9 E! M9 z& sMust have supervisory experience
& ^0 T- p; D. L) Q8 N3 i( W+ bMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
$ Q& Z% M' j9 @8 a$ \2 d! s' F7 AMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills

establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
