Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
1 o3 [1 B8 n$ L3 U0 Q" tplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal2 H. j M5 c7 j- S: v! {6 i
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).5 n: Y2 h; P6 \/ \) h
% F) j! d' e+ Z+ XTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification+ s1 H" k) V0 k% K" c) h: n" x7 d
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
3 C5 j9 o- h" LMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
, T, o, y% J* H0 u& q: S) eSchool); a( h9 S$ l% [! ^' {( e8 m6 x
Must have supervisory experience
" `* T7 f$ `: D4 ]Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
: D$ Y; q0 |/ Y8 P* QMust be computer literate
6 E, U* ?" t/ Y4 d# u0 cMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
4 s" W; Y* W! S' j& e. `/ @Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network3 O" G6 Y# K# A- M8 g8 _
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills: g% A( u2 D! y3 g
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
