Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team" W P' F, \& J9 f2 |
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal1 g5 H! D4 _- _: h
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

$ Z5 @& i( x0 q- ^To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
5 S1 p- T, z& \$ d& z- Q' iMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services: K# h4 u% W% s2 \& w4 X
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s2 t0 r% s1 \* U! i3 Z) y1 o
School)/ K) {* u' x1 x/ {
Must have supervisory experience* N7 g, c3 D/ N4 c* J0 \! Q& d
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system/ B( J# k; N4 |% F; ~. b. ^" B
Must be computer literate
! _% O% b% X7 w$ x8 b- `. EMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
6 P' K3 I5 s' h7 w jMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network6 j$ p* c" ~; Z! T- y: `: U
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills8 V) q; y6 ^) ^' q0 @) R: M
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already5 g& M6 M# A* @4 m( R
