1 I ~8 H5 J5 N7 _Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team& r7 Y1 o1 N2 Z2 n
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal' @; `* G9 ?+ c0 ]) @6 A
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
. B+ [- \2 T7 t1 R2 R5 w: J/ V& T: y4 T! e
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.! S2 _+ W/ }0 I8 M

Job Qualification* y- {) X, C) V r8 ?- y) y' b) s
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services6 H' U% [( `1 p ?2 q0 e4 V7 f
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s; D3 V: z% ~/ w
School)
$ _. H/ y3 d1 K4 |# C* c- |1 YMust have supervisory experience) [ I) u; _% c7 E4 l, @- p/ p) e+ q
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
$ \ B, `, N7 ~! b$ h! SMust be computer literate
3 ?! K1 n5 [9 V d; M/ s3 YMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
+ u, q7 e& B/ r: r' ZMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
+ ~8 y; P# p" ?2 AMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
$ [, l; D% f! F: EMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
' l- M8 f! q5 G; m" lestablish team.
