8 F& x: l# I/ z2 \Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team& |# s% n5 g0 `$ z3 c' m: E
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal# h2 W, k& B7 e2 ]. w/ C
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
# G( l6 D# _! ~$ {1 N( y
9 f4 ^ O. A! `8 I, NTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
% d* O2 j3 z4 `Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
! B9 i- }& R- g5 r8 E0 d6 L4 oMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s+ T$ C2 [' R+ f6 ~* ^* h6 |( j( L
School)9 {' w! X1 N( U% Z6 i5 x/ t
Must have supervisory experience
* N A' r' n, PMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system1 k7 N9 g5 J8 v/ Z3 E- j
Must be computer literate9 N4 v0 }3 i* \1 f* B- A* Y, g
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.$ m% n/ Y( o3 e" z+ n+ [
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 v( v; E% T+ q+ ?8 W+ `& fMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills" m1 i2 x ?/ X" N, q/ c0 l, S8 K% W! S
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already' a: h. g6 q* y6 }3 _$ g
