Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
3 J6 P9 w9 `2 V1 @* [4 n% PMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

4 Z% h' @; {2 y9 H' x& A6 w+ S5 RTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
$ ?& p: X1 `6 {  IMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
; c7 O5 ]7 B" X: S9 b8 ESchool)
- @) }7 [6 C) T: F$ G3 ^Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
2 V2 u9 \# P/ D8 A" lMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
2 @, S4 S$ p( Z* Q4 A6 xMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
) g; i% k% D1 Z; J* k, {0 b: HMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
) G+ w0 {6 @8 ^# T) C0 S% |7 Iestablish team.
