Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
9 y* X; r3 o' U. |9 ]Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

& I' H- k- g0 Q- B7 h! aTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
, Q& K3 \  y: Z& y( @& CSchool)
5 L1 {. L  H" H: ?Must have supervisory experience
* T- O; t- ]3 bMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
2 ~* W2 H1 Y, a2 E; TMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
2 t3 W# f7 C7 r( g5 d9 ~Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
2 C6 |4 s* k( r4 X5 P3 `* I1 @Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
