Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary; t/ v) H& s# o/ m/ L1 }8 {
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team; a/ f1 G1 ^# d& N) T/ Q! \8 F4 ~
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal. T! r' | ]6 D8 v! Y
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
, o; K& w/ i/ {. V& H5 W! j) m( L% E) y: X
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
# K; H, e8 \! {; J8 dMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* r" b3 p6 J3 ?1 q( x7 H/ T2 oSchool)
; Y& t4 {& d1 D; t& V: i. oMust have supervisory experience
2 |: N5 Y! J/ n& T0 N, rMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system) Z' L- U5 O* C, @
Must be computer literate- U/ O3 i4 z; F- o. I9 K4 f5 t4 i
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' r8 \( s' A1 O: QMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network0 V' Q: V' a6 _& q8 p# b) M
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
# p# `6 O5 ~1 ~2 |Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
