player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal5 _- T4 o% r3 l- F9 f: |1 D: Z
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification# W: w5 T: {) m3 P
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
2 [7 `/ } K5 c7 l2 ?; bMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s6 D$ i& I. y/ U: O4 ~8 N
School)5 R; S4 S) ^* S; h# r& h+ K
Must have supervisory experience3 ?/ I8 V' F+ N. T/ {) h
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
; t" i) \- ?' K A- \8 R/ s0 NMust be computer literate& l% `* f. H; M3 c/ K& s P
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.; g: w; N: a' v7 e. }
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network' ^9 o, o8 b) n: t, q- Z* r
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills- r9 T, r) S7 K5 b3 c9 u' A2 T
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
- m, `1 q& G5 N* d( c' jestablish team.
