Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
2 x6 u5 E4 E1 v6 y  l. G: X  d4 H, Eplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
2 u$ G# e" n  G; K
; M  g1 _0 c# C/ w. d9 TTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

% F3 D7 c3 ~" ^& w7 K- y% S& NJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
( G. ?9 R; k4 r# h8 g, L/ {Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
3 [2 U, ^% W" g5 y, t$ N# i9 iMust be computer literate
+ K+ T) P+ C5 J3 FMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
1 Y! y9 s: w" @7 a% Y+ K1 OMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
3 S8 b! Y) B4 f9 e( QMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
3 f: f; {3 a9 M* r9 cestablish team.
