Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team$ {5 U q) ^8 R" N# ^9 t
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
8 r# S7 E4 Q# p+ y1 p5 zMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)." @$ `3 E5 ~; B$ a
: D8 e W# C% t& B% {# S, D: \To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification" w* Y+ z( `* x; Q7 s6 X, \* j
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
1 x) j4 p* f, {" j3 P/ PMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
3 y6 R" n8 D1 v$ e' wSchool)
0 q- g0 D, M, O8 A; yMust have supervisory experience! b) d0 X0 w( n$ x8 g
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
6 B7 _1 G, k, D& \Must be computer literate
. N9 Q. g2 h" mMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.( b4 F4 p7 }' F
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network7 K$ Z, N# z! x' \* M% T
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
6 P$ m; ~$ g, _% L* NMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
