Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
/ S7 U, C0 z* Y- X" T0 F6 a+ o: Iplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
/ G6 b, u2 B! p! I( w
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

; J9 r8 d; D; lMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
1 v, U: Z- |5 p# X4 y: P* d+ NMust have supervisory experience
  K/ d. [/ T3 D! C2 h) o5 M: MMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
. ^' A/ M5 X7 R* |' lMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
+ {, v  P/ T8 [- ~/ w) }# YMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
' v9 [+ T7 g4 x- k. k8 gestablish team.
