N, K5 {2 z1 V% a7 t% _' DUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
% E/ A, j& z% K5 Lplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
. X2 O8 Y; @2 f0 R c! h4 JMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
7 Q& \. M+ j: p& O5 z& P' Y# a- P. r+ @6 w2 U+ [
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services' O) b$ f4 k& X3 C) u
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s/ v' A, }) x7 {2 I* ^6 `
School)
4 v4 F) z, h9 M' A8 \0 ~; _( G" ~Must have supervisory experience8 N( p4 L! U9 S( q8 Q6 R
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
8 E2 B$ f7 N$ P C4 RMust be computer literate) N; \6 i) d8 N5 W @
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.: i3 M2 f `3 b, k8 k1 s
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
9 c! y3 e }" y- D* F' E% VMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills) ]4 v7 J" b& K/ @
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already( H! ^: [. R8 m3 ~+ O2 u
