Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
% g+ F; z& G+ R5 T6 eUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
5 s6 D0 n2 W wplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal1 l% w9 u( ]& e# o
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
4 D8 e: a- P9 g# D6 A# w0 ?* }8 G5 K, ?) H1 s1 t
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

3 `: H( ]3 A& I1 zJob Qualification
+ K4 ?$ g0 A, k" G$ Z5 IMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services( @0 F% w8 O6 h6 X4 d5 }, c* t
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s( B# a7 Q$ w5 O$ ]( e
School)
. S7 L; i' c3 g5 \Must have supervisory experience! m, h9 E6 h. }0 ~/ [+ z
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system5 d0 T3 T9 c0 L3 C4 d) q
Must be computer literate
/ _3 L& X/ @ `( b& F# f% _Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
% K2 P2 J* @& S* x7 l+ l3 QMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
/ ]% y* N0 a3 J. ~( JMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills) q- a G) {2 C* N4 U4 z5 E
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already5 v* E5 R( s+ p1 f
establish team.
