Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team" t' C( K) Y+ V6 @; b
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal5 a# D2 B( {* L
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
$ }1 ]+ D7 P. ?5 t2 j+ ~* D8 v6 \$ Z' x" s
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
8 _; W$ R4 ?/ s% q, ]9 yMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services3 ]( F1 g. D1 E% a0 } |
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s2 o" [, I" r) f% r* h8 Q3 K
School)) T0 ^5 H) ~; a7 a% A- w" T
Must have supervisory experience- X0 f C2 Z* X/ G! @, c
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system- u- ~: @" Y) ]& [- o h
Must be computer literate
- i' S- |& b% C4 e* ^Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
9 U- F' }5 J: d* ]Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network* A* M* o2 K3 x
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
. Q* C* @4 P. d' @) y6 }+ VMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
