Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
3 y. m6 V% `/ S) Eplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
0 D8 z; P: m/ j% V: tMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
( ~% F$ }2 p( m* X; K$ ]
0 r  ^/ }6 ~4 Q+ O/ cTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

7 g( P. |) n7 vJob Qualification
9 t2 E- {0 ^4 z8 E. e7 yMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
$ J  }+ Q* ^4 S& \Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
. f0 B% b9 i  W2 O7 Z% @Must have supervisory experience
5 R& O) i; K. V9 l+ YMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
, Y' l* L$ n6 x# G* V; g+ pMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
