Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
" j$ D0 y  G: D4 J0 c8 }) V% FMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
- o6 U" i  m+ G  x0 F
) @7 x2 T7 \! H) ^0 S" HTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
# g9 b/ J$ Y# @7 tSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
" H* I  v! V: y" D4 Y. gMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
! E7 z9 H1 T, D2 \. ?Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
$ N3 ]3 b# ]/ ^9 cestablish team.
