Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
- p: @1 a) y0 n! j9 yplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal9 H0 M" j+ ~ |" I! @
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
' f2 Y2 h+ @4 t! n- x7 @5 N- b' j7 o6 c- T) [+ @
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services" F s2 g+ i3 d9 }! ?' T+ ]
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s p. X3 J# i _
School)
8 e4 I2 z7 ]4 X2 M: a& h) HMust have supervisory experience
% l) D: U8 }4 K% uMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system' b$ s# G) B) t% i5 ~7 b5 C" T' Q
Must be computer literate; u# X6 B4 m9 K! A
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.0 C0 X) U9 s3 v$ i
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
1 y4 R( C% o4 M0 t4 r' T vMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
% k1 p5 m) l) x, U* a& A- @Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already6 F( H# C$ ^9 j3 H J
