% w' z  u: h# m1 MUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
4 L, F2 y) n- Q9 Yplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
, B4 f8 G) g7 w4 w# |6 l7 AMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
7 g# N, {; {7 s. G4 W# i' f: w
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
" X7 ^! I+ a% O: eMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
3 S) l5 N& W2 SMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
3 z3 C2 H: R8 r! R5 F( ?0 ^2 NMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
. E% k( o2 T4 l$ f3 [Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
; q5 n9 r( R' @" ?4 e* Y8 dMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
4 g- X  g0 _0 v3 x* J. C# [% KMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
- V0 Y& a8 U7 ]4 g3 W3 C8 j- \6 ]establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
