Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
3 ]. m4 O. G/ a3 F. |+ E: I) f4 ~Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
! d, P2 q9 E  q! c& i
) s; h1 F4 K$ v- P5 `7 j5 X$ t: DTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
6 I- l( I' q$ G7 y6 F- N5 r3 _' E+ wMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
: s& d, t3 P" v8 W) ^5 ^9 \Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
, u% @7 C3 v8 T$ t' dMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
0 w; T! a& [% A5 p6 ZMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
' ?* t) j# W: x6 F+ xestablish team.
