% j9 ]$ h% w. JUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
1 g9 w8 y8 T% ?player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal: C1 {* b; M/ u( L6 ?. I% V
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).1 v$ i) a! o4 c; v
) z% h$ B& a9 X5 k) H8 }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.# w3 @! j# K- P |2 t* _

Job Qualification
. [/ K1 O$ w) t% l; x# |+ hMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services: |+ j6 x* i. Z, {$ v( r3 C
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
" U/ T: k8 H& ]1 v4 W! b- JSchool)
) f3 C' F3 j/ SMust have supervisory experience
7 \" M: Y/ I) g2 _8 D5 g, H1 L/ J+ EMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system K' T. s9 B V) z, q$ y- C2 y
Must be computer literate& C3 y" Y( r: _1 \3 M& ]
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.( H" B: O; T: S4 ?: j, ^2 o% B
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network- { V5 y8 S8 k2 s, a
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
9 S& n/ D; y& ?) R8 F1 J1 E& C; QMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already0 e# W Z8 R* R) P: V
establish team.
