Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
% ~4 F1 s9 C Gplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
! [ T$ O# ?0 s; Y1 kMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
% G* \" d: ?4 Q9 s2 L2 }) k5 S" C
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services5 K, l: u1 v4 N/ l
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 R" A5 u- z# ^8 ESchool)
* V( T+ ~7 V* O$ SMust have supervisory experience7 P) e0 n9 m7 f" j4 o M2 T- O. l9 m7 f
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
; O6 Y8 g1 m6 _8 z5 VMust be computer literate: ^- \1 p9 |/ `# k7 @* ^% V$ x5 @
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.1 L( t9 T, Z2 t# J7 {! q: W
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network5 y( \. O" s+ a, y4 Y
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
k9 p9 {! e3 \' OMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
