& B5 F$ A! a2 C  x& \Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
  k  c, x2 _# C  L1 \9 c2 h4 ]# n- ^Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
/ R6 N$ |- {8 {+ M/ Z# X6 J
9 o6 l0 W0 g3 x7 }6 xTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

/ U& S& W$ G# |8 ^$ o8 PMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
$ [. N4 w+ d3 {8 x; C+ |  S! \/ WMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
7 J4 \- V  y* J0 o5 F1 xSchool)
# H  M; Q# x' Y7 S  j4 c' nMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 Z# P7 G3 }6 h: UMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
; |( l$ b% b3 b  ~Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
1 L  q( G( a0 fMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
" F% z& X$ {# G. J1 N3 nestablish team.
