Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team3 ]- ^% F0 T4 A9 w1 i" G8 t
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal3 j$ ^, |2 R7 M+ F" v6 W' }
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).. F6 l3 n+ E. ?& ~
+ ^0 M/ W8 q$ _- A4 ]
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.8 G8 M7 G- N6 v7 c3 Y4 n9 `
7 G9 t% ?; {# w, N& Z' \Job Qualification- W5 p% ~+ P* M: I* I6 m o
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services, w& a5 b# V5 E2 ]1 B! W
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s( S, \2 b) T; V4 t
School)
' T2 f7 M( p) ]& z) G% bMust have supervisory experience& i. x2 ?0 h2 t5 O( S( n
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system4 P$ N- N8 W/ y4 A" u L
Must be computer literate
B/ |' v$ s+ ]$ EMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.

3 Y% O. h, r7 b5 mMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
