Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. ) w8 T7 R* }& F7 V/ y4 jUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
4 a; m# V0 t& S' P" @8 Yplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
9 F. P2 u  U& y* QMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
" `6 Y' Q! q% A2 I2 L5 X0 v. ]$ ^
" V( b9 i0 g4 vTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
& {. z! K4 m# y" z  Z2 B, o9 I8 d' a4 NSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
8 |1 a: h3 Q  M* l( x! N, |7 EMust be computer literate
0 t! }" P/ F+ w* C  |+ dMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
& G* w- r& ~9 jMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
& C; B5 j9 p. b2 B7 y8 `Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
