Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
3 m& u( Z1 p3 z) n3 A* S! nplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
# l% @$ w" U4 y% s# ^4 `; pMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
, H3 ~ M$ c+ G0 ^$ g8 x* y' Y( ~! s( [/ s$ k: y
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
( W" H5 Q& L! y: `Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
4 A/ i0 l$ B. w% G' Y/ M1 CMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
7 _) D; r8 S/ oSchool)% o* B* R7 [# I/ L" A; [
Must have supervisory experience7 v. j6 G' m/ U2 C% E- D6 x
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
3 v8 @( `& Y# u% l/ F! F+ t b! O4 cMust be computer literate1 B4 X+ U, @ M$ o/ k
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.) i1 i9 N- e5 L) c+ G: M4 d- L1 E
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
5 f m {, @4 k0 R- i- XMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills4 O( K2 X& L9 S; H8 i# O- K: ~8 W
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already% I8 e; ?' Z7 B9 G
