! B3 ]7 W1 v& M! wCreating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
+ \, R' `! ~9 Z4 J) kMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
0 L! v5 C+ P# L, ESchool)
$ z! g8 v( t" S# I5 `* S" _Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
5 N) r3 E; W. a! DMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
; k) K7 E6 x( @4 M4 kMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
9 l# Z4 }9 n; X* [2 RMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
