Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
. [( C0 u# s+ M% c1 ^Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
1 t% X" d' ~. R- Z7 z, Q. L9 Fplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

" a4 f2 v* `9 Z# F3 \$ A! g( b: l# RTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
2 ]# u8 P* ^/ H$ ^2 n/ c+ wMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
2 K& o4 e+ v2 SSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
8 A; u; Y* S  R: ~4 H! K+ P6 lMust be computer literate
. r& W+ ]% ]& S8 u/ k) P7 nMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 [# n* M3 Q' a' ], sMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
% F: m2 |' `1 f. qMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
