Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
4 \. J4 ]- r' g' lUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
/ M, O1 T: @. ~) mMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
$ u$ X# H9 M6 m) s& ^! o! K
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
: f& L. v$ J2 N6 R# TMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
8 ^* E  P4 C) tSchool)
& W# }1 |/ r" cMust have supervisory experience
2 d6 _9 A* U. c$ G) H3 mMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
( ]% f9 t9 U) F# [Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
1 K$ P- L" G% y  }  R6 V$ jMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
. w! A/ a1 f; l# D' [: DMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already

Wages according to qualification and experience
