Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
4 Y* P3 W( x" Q! ]+ uplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal5 q7 h( C% O K r8 J6 B7 \$ u# z$ ?9 a. ^
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).- ^% L) i. |! }7 @# C
, c; J) n3 \" E% k2 f( h
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification! e# }, I( F, D9 T
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
! W! n4 u' e- d" v, H# HMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s

! N9 I, E5 C6 I' _Must have supervisory experience
% j I) l) w; o2 x; L3 N# fMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system; R7 T5 i4 ?8 m0 T
Must be computer literate' H1 ^) G0 I2 q w; g5 F" j
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.9 ?. f1 o" r/ z% U, P `
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
/ q5 j" r2 ] o, gMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills8 u8 d9 }0 `4 e4 P7 m
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already1 R! l" k/ C( e! L, Z( A% I
