Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
c% B* m7 L5 @. C4 hplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal- w8 Q2 e7 V* q8 h+ e* l
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.; a E2 S- |; S* J( a7 `! Job Qualification4 j" h% Y1 O3 M' \/ |9 f" S
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
4 x# ~3 Y+ o( |, @: CMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s% s' E# B; e t0 {) Y
School)
1 H. M3 l7 V8 u) x1 ]Must have supervisory experience
/ G! w9 c% _* Y7 }4 X' zMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system% j% R; q6 S1 I( |, h. f: m
Must be computer literate
$ X- {( S X8 y% qMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.% y* R( |! }) a3 T
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network" W, `7 m; |+ y/ H# o6 C5 q$ Z
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills' }. U. b% m8 Q/ s4 ?" `* q Q
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already7 S9 |3 H* {5 ^8 J/ A
