Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
# [  s' _, k5 r* N- I. W8 xplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

& k0 q1 s0 m3 ^Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
% v& N, X6 V- b* \Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
: E) O4 r3 b7 N' _Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
+ Z5 k$ Q, X' R; x! D6 TMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
- o8 g) X4 D! E* o' gMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
. @3 Z" r7 ?3 w- J/ a7 ZMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
