Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
4 n& L' r# U. Y2 ~: OUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
* ?; ~7 [: m% W( x) v2 F0 w+ J5 w, dplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
9 @# W+ J3 {- T  n) WMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

; e" o  C& ~+ `, |7 }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
' C* w2 M  b7 t0 R* L8 h; hMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
& m- _' C2 f& @2 @School)
7 r% c, s" }8 Z( \9 f6 hMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
6 c3 |  c% }) I! \Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
% X  S7 n7 a7 V4 @( u2 Iestablish team.
