Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 3 h4 L7 F" d. e, W6 Y9 Q6 GUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

! ~- S# q* W0 y5 A& U+ k+ zTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
5 d. K" i! V+ ^; `, d; j/ J+ dMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
7 p6 H" I) |$ }/ w- yMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
, w7 x2 v$ O! u6 p9 ]Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
7 R: Q2 ~4 K% x( gMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
8 @1 k6 t" Y! E4 j6 s; VMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
