Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
8 `* x4 t( `: |! c% ]( ^Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

5 U) B) J, i+ L6 P- m: T. [To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
) q1 W% W  U* B' K7 jMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
' v) k3 L% o9 v+ K2 IMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
# C+ E1 a9 @7 n( nMust be computer literate
; X6 r+ b# I8 E# bMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
! z- l4 Z, _' E( O& {' Y8 z" dMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
; Z  d; k: o, z4 h0 TMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
( n* i5 r; q' \6 K' Z' @  `$ AMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
/ k& z, ?( L5 Vestablish team.
