Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team2 [8 |7 h* [. R) n( D9 }! `
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal- U. g0 h# C. d! E; m) S$ H5 o
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

' D. i% m" J/ P( ?' k0 ]To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

5 Y5 u0 M" ]0 \) N" L4 l# WMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services( Z1 F: L5 i9 I/ l% o8 V
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
. M4 c* l5 B8 y. SSchool)
# `* d3 r4 V3 R' e* hMust have supervisory experience" Z4 F& A, k: C+ r2 w# ]
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
# ]# M g7 [4 p( w; NMust be computer literate. T% p! D/ I% i/ }4 f2 e
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.1 k1 g+ C5 }$ K" U
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network2 `5 l. C8 ^7 a
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
