, e5 H) m( M, X# u; a8 q4 PUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team. X$ N# R. Y- v
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
! ~1 ]0 ^( o' k( V: I" P. YMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).) S* R6 G1 B, j/ D* h. Q9 @
/ s9 I$ D! z f
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification9 r3 o. E9 c& s! I8 M
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
$ q# G8 @- y0 `, x& T7 gMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
, S0 G4 C1 Y6 {3 ?School)
, b; x0 w) W' WMust have supervisory experience/ o+ c; t1 J: o6 n, ]1 [, ^2 l6 n
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
1 {# A$ O6 V# i$ m- b) wMust be computer literate
! |& g5 k( W; N% ]/ L7 i# ?. SMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
1 G; ^; ~! n% f( A" lMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
8 M+ _; v9 N& b: ]/ L+ E$ NMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
8 w3 I9 W+ S$ ]1 t Z9 N3 EMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already6 M& B9 a. s( y3 `
