player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal" b% Y- j2 @, c4 P5 b' y
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).8 v. s- {, @& n/ Y/ b- b( ] \$ R

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.# J" }! \. ?# @& y
2 ?- @' M* Q, B8 w6 CJob Qualification( S0 ^7 M9 i; k7 `# g
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
0 h- A# P! t# I" }Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
- i( K' `& Y/ t1 g9 o# rSchool)2 z1 T2 Q1 G% Y5 X9 \
Must have supervisory experience
6 h8 z% l+ Y0 vMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
, P; \/ ^+ [3 X# r% ^& q8 [8 G( IMust be computer literate+ ~2 p* W9 Z! u d
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
& R9 a) T- h) e2 B* }Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network2 G8 g- `( o" f: g* E& G' r
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills% }5 F ?; q& a: Z& D
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already# M. {* v) ] ~/ `$ d- \9 `
