Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team8 p r/ ~- ] J( {. _% r8 U z# J }
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal; U6 D; U6 B' p! d3 t' |, J. v+ L
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.3 S& |7 x/ s' h; h" j' |* Z0 w

+ h! w7 w |, G7 \/ \Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services+ i" ^1 _, p, n" Y0 ?2 z
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
, d$ [! J( K9 z' ^$ e1 QSchool)
+ i" k0 B" S* [9 ^: @* Y8 nMust have supervisory experience' T0 t2 G: O+ y7 A
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
( U) f# i# C7 t( T7 ^Must be computer literate" @4 c& }0 x1 ]+ V1 q/ s4 i V6 O
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.$ R Q/ b' V' X) q. v
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
, y, h" o- n$ I( N+ H4 GMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ i0 r4 G7 Z( ~) Q7 D$ cMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
