Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

! A# e9 D' R# u1 KJob Qualification
) g- b; U5 a" |& V: |+ B$ O: RMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
& {3 Y! L6 ~  V& J1 k$ ]Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
; @5 }: A. K4 s. J, rMust be computer literate
; C6 ~0 a" n' ]4 y& v) KMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
/ U* z! y  f$ {' Q; h7 U" RMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
$ z! ^6 U2 r: T8 b: ^" K' RMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
! E, c- `$ Y; pestablish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
