6 \& P( V: b6 I6 D, }Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
: J  F; Q! \7 F2 j( UUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
' f& B1 A. _) a9 k/ D  jMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
9 j4 k$ b. E. S4 }9 V: D
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

. r- M( e  U; [: m8 o' M$ w5 \Job Qualification
. b: U$ G; r: e: n" y4 ~6 g+ jMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
0 g- g) o0 t) a3 }School)
3 h' U# z9 e4 s8 T7 z2 @! z8 j# xMust have supervisory experience
! A0 K  b9 \7 M% k" |2 Z. rMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
5 F$ [: r' P" X0 _* cMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
