Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
1 @/ {) e% @6 Y# T0 wUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
' r9 y7 g. j, f! Uplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
4 D5 Y! T! Y! K/ |9 h4 L DMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

0 p6 J9 O3 n" sTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
1 ^' @2 f1 S, T5 |Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services' s% p7 Q8 h8 D' g9 Y) y
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s0 J! Z& V' k L$ L
School)
' c: f2 |5 ?4 C( c; W7 |* VMust have supervisory experience
5 j$ ]& i4 M% S1 T/ C- x4 n6 |Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
* l8 K6 s7 W K- MMust be computer literate: P0 y1 K: `$ ^
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.- c' Z1 l6 |, L& O$ M7 Z" f$ o4 ^
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network. P- v4 C) o' g
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills. U! R/ t1 P, |, n7 ?
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already0 k6 ]0 X. ]: a- `
establish team.
