Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team1 a2 b$ d- X. b! B. Q9 b, q
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal- t4 T, F/ b9 @8 U. x5 K0 d+ Z
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).6 F I7 c# M" v6 w8 A
$ c" W$ r1 @3 i. g2 k) _
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.# j$ O: N$ w3 j( T0 P

Job Qualification) U- E; I8 [+ T2 K) o% w" ]
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services. D. s2 S1 p y
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s

" `& d7 u: y V- Q0 m; x4 s P S XMust have supervisory experience& s* D0 E; s. [! l) b/ S: ] ?. z
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system4 y( M% R3 H" O7 d& T
Must be computer literate6 q, L3 j% j" N' }0 H
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.' \1 Q" \& Y/ H) H; X
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

8 ~) N, ^& ?3 `2 N3 hMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
