' i0 R* Y. v8 N6 o4 V% aUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

# F: L+ d7 V; `, fTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

! b2 w: b9 S) [( j3 [2 dJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
$ f0 E4 _, ?" d& ESchool)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
  ]& d9 S+ s+ D& _. oMust be computer literate
4 T2 c* K$ s6 xMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
" v8 T/ a: e. {: {- Q! d  ^# [Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
4 M% e* N) h# D. z& H. A, x, ^Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
