Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team. X5 d7 `+ L* L! i
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal. [- O! M1 R0 V" C j) y
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

M+ K/ h( q1 }( ]+ o/ cTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit. w( M9 P2 T' ?$ v

Job Qualification
# F! D( _* W2 cMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services1 P) v% n2 ~6 H2 C- L
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s& d( }0 D+ X0 {7 X3 r& [
School)
( q& _/ E% U+ A* x8 \7 x# lMust have supervisory experience
9 ?& _# Q' k; A, LMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
9 N! P$ \/ B6 ]; i+ |! aMust be computer literate$ v* `9 M* z4 S
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.% J& U# T& }: b) |% z2 ?
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# ^; Q+ T8 s/ R1 }6 r) o, ?, [Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills4 O5 e5 _# _* J7 p- J
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already0 A" a0 E" j6 s0 s7 N' }* b [( w5 m
