Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
$ X3 Z) ~( r o) V5 X! bUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
2 q; g) [' d2 o/ g9 d+ V; zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
5 E1 _& _8 f& Y8 ~6 o- EMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).* A3 O0 a" Q) {4 T0 v
/ s, ~4 L( F" o7 T" u2 u5 aTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit., p8 n5 s$ e6 P% J

Job Qualification
: S# ~6 v! \- G3 AMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services# M4 \) d1 k7 H* r9 _. y+ l
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s4 A8 I9 Q- w; Z0 g
School)
9 C+ F0 j" e8 r: e( N9 b lMust have supervisory experience
; L( L! c* L5 B6 r% ~; yMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
* |$ n/ @5 V; X' |7 n1 UMust be computer literate% R) x, @* E4 a4 J+ Q/ `0 e) a
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 q. K* D4 T. ^3 aMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network2 @. K# y8 D* O& {4 {
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills7 C6 f+ N0 h7 R* p* x
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
