Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
! F9 a% q1 T9 q% i4 t! e' h
9 _) m7 q% q; l8 R: |# p3 qTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
" Z8 _* X6 n6 j+ qSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
- w' F4 O3 V" m3 K" a: xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
# k8 ~, u0 D: d6 {# MMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
/ k8 ~* ~: P* T9 U4 ?+ C4 UMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
3 D$ h& @6 y- `; d2 qMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already

Wages according to qualification and experience
