Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 9 w6 O6 U( W; h: s5 n- R- }% `Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
* p% q. ~0 z( S7 F( l2 g: b% VMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

; c- ?* |% p- ZTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

) R' @  `% _9 |% z" m1 p3 VJob Qualification
" n, p% G- v) b) J5 r. h/ x! J/ dMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
, }1 w5 Q3 P& ?# C- c% lMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
% s% w0 M2 Z' K( ZMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
' J: D4 ]* g3 ]' t5 @: N. |Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
