3 K- p9 k" p& zUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team; ]. j/ c Q# c" ~: l; _! j$ \4 N
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal0 d0 u2 \: _) Z3 R" {: l, i
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).; V; q: \6 o7 ^" s# v- B4 L3 J4 C
& t+ d0 S) ?1 O% I$ z+ S( X" z
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.) k; @5 J! j, W& Y' d: Y

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services7 G! ~1 ~# l* R$ I% v8 o. a
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s. \3 @9 Q! F3 b( z$ E
School)
/ o$ d m# o% g& U- AMust have supervisory experience2 v! m- n) u. N5 W' H
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system/ V- _* k+ i1 Z2 |1 z8 \9 X7 E
Must be computer literate
; _9 W2 \ [3 u) S1 [4 G( u4 d) aMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.& f3 @, D1 Y6 L
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already+ @4 q, N/ `+ @# r; k
