Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
! ^0 a! L/ y$ b9 I" N- C+ qMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
( J4 g2 L8 w4 ~$ w* j1 b
5 P8 v5 n8 u) \0 _* `# YTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
3 N$ w( C0 K+ v2 oSchool)
. r) H0 x4 V: z: L; d6 NMust have supervisory experience
+ E7 T9 z: B: o, O2 x! W; wMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
2 t" K1 o$ w1 }Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
5 A# Z5 d7 R: B0 hMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
6 K* g5 F. g; h1 `$ ^' V3 M7 M' Q/ EMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
( V" h8 e' T% y7 YMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
: {6 |" O) F; A9 [' t& B1 D  [9 qestablish team.
