Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
& M- f. W+ c; ?player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal" N |- I7 y& W, u, Y! l' o
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)., i) U8 a5 ~! R0 i3 s9 s R
0 N0 l& s! |/ h I" JTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.# O% r. D9 ]( x. M5 U- C

Job Qualification
1 m% \2 H: S7 Y5 TMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services. E- w1 T8 v l- o, q+ g
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s( K, N/ x. d9 e2 d! E$ M/ k7 e
School)
: E; t& J) [) q t% rMust have supervisory experience
" `8 `; D+ w7 m* q, p4 fMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
1 I) _$ ?6 b# |* M" Q/ R0 T4 VMust be computer literate
. x8 c) f. j1 p! Q1 QMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.: J7 S! _7 U1 Q- a7 w8 s
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
