Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
. X2 R) Q- W: a+ U( P! _player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

! a$ p5 O3 O' A6 I$ j+ c$ d; q& C7 _Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
4 X! T; V/ A8 t" J3 p+ y8 HMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
  ~* c: o# c8 L" \School)
& d3 e* H/ {" n% a+ L7 `Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
- ^* I, N+ i( ^* a2 P! z; r6 |Must be computer literate
; |' U9 Q* F4 R* f, sMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 D0 A+ ^% S. F- l& L: }( Y% AMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 }2 D  D. _2 X3 O) cMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
