Position Summary
: ?# z. F2 v0 qUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team2 D7 y7 c# K/ v, f$ _
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal2 X9 `, K7 Z% a3 l; ]
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

2 c& C4 q6 H! V/ B! W+ YTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

8 W3 D5 w3 B/ bJob Qualification
, u$ t" b; x `" p; h' o" ~Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services; B! ?8 A0 u5 m" G% b% }
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
+ {7 V' F& I9 i4 }$ ? P+ USchool)
5 Z2 D( ] |0 a1 m" z5 N5 `- Z5 HMust have supervisory experience
8 B3 W) \4 K5 w$ V1 q/ iMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system8 L) k8 i. E8 ?6 r& j$ o7 U
Must be computer literate& b, l2 y. C) S" T6 L0 y+ P# T* {
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
" a4 F3 q2 H4 l& }- i0 r) eMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 ~9 d/ d5 x7 n0 Z0 }- @( q- FMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
$ @. G; ^& E3 ?- _4 QMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
