. {2 U9 Q" L8 e( TCreating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
' N5 O: f1 k5 X, f# X/ W; wUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

  v  C& o1 _3 l3 s& nTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
# g( u0 d8 w& w0 ]Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
. K# s. Q6 k1 ~2 Y) v- m! n* aMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
: ~$ w  F3 V2 e- K0 ISchool)
! z5 s+ \  K6 v( W. O2 ]Must have supervisory experience
0 z" t+ ?* N1 G5 qMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
+ d: @0 `1 M  d% `6 eMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
$ a0 ?1 }( |5 h: _# F) {Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
7 X: D3 i6 {% ^* h! Q3 ^' q* KMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
