Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team# {* d/ e( a2 k* d8 a& g' O1 J. |
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal, m) x J9 P% [7 U: Y
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

0 T3 Q& U; O8 f& d6 o; [. f) `" c+ }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

. \% E# F# x! X6 |Job Qualification
4 _ N+ O' x/ c1 C' J7 E! [$ U* eMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& P% M$ r Q' n f1 \* P" K2 ^3 CMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s# R. e6 v3 ^ v- D: b
School)
1 E- E* V5 M7 ]: w; N$ aMust have supervisory experience
4 A5 S& @+ p: G+ h; ]Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system8 s9 V1 J- |# `. l$ e
Must be computer literate
" A0 F; E+ k& e! u; s6 WMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.+ P$ l) q0 E! S- e
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
1 y! v b+ E- n e% QMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ Q4 u& u3 j2 TMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
