Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
- `$ C' `& h% i' TUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
5 G9 X$ k: S! d0 h  P2 q5 @$ _
8 H, i7 O( y- G, m5 V( bTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

4 Z- e/ _( p" V3 n: f* {Job Qualification
- L; C8 D+ H8 rMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
& D" F2 y( k7 S; f7 {Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
& U$ G6 |/ u/ P* H5 h  ^+ }Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
$ A! J2 S2 `6 f) y& Z1 H) KMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
5 [# ^( ~$ v4 n1 d6 ~+ W' fMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
; p# F+ X* m1 M6 a' r' Y6 |. nMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
5 K; o/ h( @7 I& M5 D- D) G! K; qestablish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
