Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
5 G! `0 {1 z. r+ D) S4 Zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal+ P, n" y- p) ?. ^: Z
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

S/ Q) E" [# {2 TTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

$ u( ]' @ T5 V/ e: \) z+ h1 I# pMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services6 \5 [8 C6 y" F* I2 Y, v1 c0 D
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s/ ~. e# H; G* z7 k
School)
8 D0 O& J6 w; m* q8 x4 _Must have supervisory experience0 a4 V0 _$ t# ]" H2 K# X- p+ |7 v
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
, _7 y n7 c! a5 QMust be computer literate# D* [+ r; l7 ~6 n; d8 e- L7 ?% ^
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.$ L8 }. e. f, V
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network | O6 N# z2 y
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills; m- O+ h6 I( s/ j% `& I+ n
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
