Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team1 T& T9 B8 b2 \2 B- i; L' c/ Q& K
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
& u7 r: }; M4 W# JMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
: I6 D& k) N8 ]# \& A6 B( w
% p- g3 G% t6 Z' V( h; m# A7 m HTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services; B( ?: `4 y8 q7 \
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
) J B6 [: z5 F# oSchool)! H/ }% c' n c. r E
Must have supervisory experience& M7 Y+ r4 N, _% F4 `9 y* ?
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
. o7 G, u) X% W& ~$ G' \+ t9 e% uMust be computer literate
$ ?3 {. [' j4 I4 T4 mMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.* R; ?: k; E9 p( X
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
: o6 E/ h+ ~. w1 X& |# vMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills9 q6 E+ ^/ p; v5 b: n" ]
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already9 C0 G$ H4 Z1 F9 g5 ?
