lowest rate cell phone for just in case

Ever heard of Virgin mobile.
5 k% _( r4 p" N; v, V1 ~- O0 k& PI personally have no big use for cell phone but a friend of mine told me I should have one on highway. Virgin cell offers 15 minutes that last three months.
