Job Description/Main Duties:
; f% N1 ]+ i# ?' J) s-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# l3 d; W& d9 m% E6 G-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
; G# [( B/ f4 D, Y+ [-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
/ e9 r3 `1 b& n0 e-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

7 u; [8 ?: E+ L5 P8 Q5 d: g-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
- L, d/ z3 J0 W' J8 W1 K-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
