Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
0 m* [( w2 b7 o% K3 _-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
/ A% m% E9 `+ `; M-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
" {+ y" Y, o/ J7 E! w$ \- u: }-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
, f6 N: u- d  G, d4 k2 I; G-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

) V- X+ f' @4 Z/ S2 x# [9 @-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
. c) Y+ n% H! `$ q( h* X-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
1 F# {+ _4 G! A4 `9 W: D! Y# q-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
