Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
' N' l9 F# b# P1 b/ b: e-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# C0 @0 Q* n1 _1 ~" h$ e& v, V-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
7 ?# B; [7 g* S( p" ]-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
, |7 o! E. `) N! v-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
1 R. G/ L& |7 U% z1 z-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
3 F/ S0 t( E3 X+ X' r) F' i-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

6 s3 B; x2 f& Y: y2 @& b1 r2 G-        Completion of secondary school is required
- H1 @0 {+ i% {& {8 L-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
