& W3 R: }: q, z% M* [7 E# q-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
: V# {5 Z! i8 L# s: I: E-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
2 r  g4 d- m- w/ s! g0 p-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
* `7 O7 K+ x5 i( u-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Employment Requirements:

+ v( Z: {- G: Y-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
  y4 F* n6 @. x# P6 S+ |  h. l: P-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
