Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
4 s# ]% N: b# T- B0 B2 _/ [7 A-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
5 ~9 e) W' D! A/ w5 l-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
' ]% h1 F- a0 m, [1 Q8 Y: L-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

3 v' P9 H- W: i-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
4 ^2 c5 j) e) l-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
